Been going to this location at least twice a week ever since it first opened and everyone has always been so friendly and professional. Usually buy coffee and my husband loves their chocolate chip cookies. This past week I went every day to purchase chocolate chip cookies for my husband and they were out. I asked the person helping me with my coffee order if he knew when they would be getting more in. His reply was “ We have had a hard time getting them” When they did get them in I purchased 2 cookies for my husband but when I got them home and he started eating them he said there were very few chocolate chips in them and were nothing like the ones we had been getting before. I called and asked to talk with the manager and the young girl who answered the phone said she was the manager. In a very nice way I explained the situation and asked if they had started purchasing those cookies from another company. She said no but they had changed the recipe and everyone seems to like them so much that they keep selling out. $5.46 is a lot to pay for just 2 cookies but they USED to be really good and my husband liked them. I figured the manager I spoke to would at least offer to give us 2 more cookies or something else in place of that purchase but she never offered. I figure I have spent $10.00 a week their ever since they opened so that’s a lot of money and that doesn’t include the many gift cards I purchase yearly for family , friends and also ones I purchase to give to people who work in different areas of public service. The woman informed me that I would not be able to place my order because they only take large orders over the phone. She told me I could wait in the drive-through line or come inside. Well every time I go to the Starbucks location I go inside because if you sit in the drive-through line you were there for 30 minutes and even when I go inside I’m waiting inside for 15 minutes which has made me late to work multiple times before even when I allotted time to stop in. this establishment really needs to work on the time that they get their orders out. most of the time when I go inside I am waiting for my order while there is a ton of pick up orders waiting to be picked up as workers are continuously putting the drinks in the food on the side. There needs to be a worker specifically for people who walk in to Starbucks instead of people who are picking up who aren’t even there yet. so instead of spending my usual $16 at Starbucks this morning I took my business to McDonald’s and was very pleased with the service...
Read moreI entered this Starbucks to place simple order for one drink off the menu nothing special. I also had my two year old with me. They were busy so I did expect to have to wait.. just not over twenty minutes. Anyone who has children can tell you that holding a child in your arms for an extended period of time can be exhausting. So I decided to sit my son down after waiting for almost a half an hour for one drink at a table in the far corner away from anyone else. I was approached by an employee who informed me that he was not allowed to be seated because of covid... so you are telling me that this location lacks the ability to wipe down a seat and sterilize it but can have multiple people standing inside on top of each other. I promptly told them they could just give the drink to someone else, I understand that there are restrictions due to covid but there are multiple diners open that allow seating inside at half capacity.
