Today was my first time going to this location of food Lion, because I just moved to Chesapeake. I was in line standing 6ft apart from the person ahead of me to practice social distancing. A lady came and tried to cut me in line. I kindly told her "Ma'am I am in line". She rudely said "I didn't know". I told her "I am trying to practice social distancing due to Covid". A manager walked by and yelled that a register just opened in isle... I don't know if it was directed at me or not but I wish he took the time to understand the situation. I hate drawing attention to myself, and I felt so awkward for simply speaking up for myself. I am voicing myself so moving forward the management can consider taking the time to ask questions to get Clarity before drawing unnecessary attention.
