First time in this location, 2 baristas with 1 car in the drive thru and 1 table of guests who already had their orders. I stood at the register for 5 minutes with not even a hello. Not sure what was going on? Because the two ladies working seemed to have zero.Accord with one another, there was an open oven with an alarm going off the entire time, I was standing there, and zero acknowledgment of me, or the gentleman who came in behind me. We stood there in disbelief, and then both left. Won't be back. Starbucks has really gone downhill over the years. But if this is how they treat people, then it just gives me all the more reason to support the mom and pop place...

I placed the order when I was six minutes from the location and when I stopped in to pick it up The cup felt cold, which I didn’t think much of. I got in the car and when I took a sip of it, my drink was freezing. It was like I was given an iced chai latte Or maybe even an old latte that another guest didn’t pick up. Almost every time I visit there’s some problem, some logistical (partner needed help from manager to ring up a skinny vanilla latte)and some attitude (a partner yesterday laughing when he realized he mistakenly put my mobile order in the drive through lane as another partner made me another drink 15 minutes later) .
