Burger King — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I arrived at this Burger King at 2150. Yes I know it was late but the website said they close at 2200 and I had just gotten off a plane. When I tried to go inside the doors were locked, and it appeared that the employees were ignoring the two of us standing outside. I then jumped the car and drove around to the drive-through. My surprise she actually answered when I said something. I asked her if she was still taking orders and she told me, “yes.” I ordered my food, received it and it was hot and fresh and made the way I asked. Even more to my surprise the guy who was outside with me was now inside.

I know technically they are supposed to be open at that time, but however, these days people are so nasty. I was not sure if they would take my order at all, let alone do something to it. I really appreciated them that night after traveling all day.

By the way, Burger King, you should be ashamed of yourself. The big fish surely is not so...

I was just at this Burger King at around 330. I ordered 4 of the 10 piece chicken nuggets. A lady was working the drive through. When the total came up to high I told her the price was to much for what I ordered. She told me the price of the ten piece nugget was $1.49. Notice on the picture they are listed as both $1.00 and $1.69 but not 1.49. I informed her the menu says 1$. She ten tried to justify the price by inaccurately quoting the sales tax. At this point I told her what the tax would be based on what she said and that it still didn’t equal the total shown. At this point she went back to quoting that the price is $1.49. All while this is going on other workers can be heard laughing , making snide comments, and feeding her answers. A lot needs to be fixed with this Burger King. I will not be returning here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did a mobile order to this location for the whopper meal… the service was slow asf and it was only one person ahead of me… I finally get my food & there’s a bug on my sandwich… this place is very unsanitary! When I called to inform them of the situation, they were not apologetic AT ALL. The man said the only thing they could do for me is remake my sandwich because I ordered through the app.. So, now I have to wait until customer support gets back to me within 48 hours about a refund… This is Bs & I don’t recommend this location to anyone!
