Old Bay Seafood — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Ordered 3 meals from here, 1 shrimp and 2 trout and shrimp. I get there to pick up food and after it's paid for I ask the lady for some tarter sauce She says that will be 50 cents. I said to her don't condiments come with my meal She said, " I have you cocktail sauce for your shrimp- I said, but I like tarter sauce with mine- She huffed and puffed and said well you didn't ask I said to her- you didn't ask and I'm asking now She says I don't want to argue just give me 25 cents instead of 50 She then grabbed my bag and put the tarter sauce in the bag. She tossed the quarter towards a tip jar and it missed the jar and landed on the floor.

Very very rude and disrespectful She told me cocktail sauce is just simple and she doesn't know why I'm preferring something else. I handed her the remaining change in my hand and said here is a tip. There was a guy sitting waiting on his order that looked at me like wow she's tripping.

Obviously it's not about the 50cents It's about Customer service Customers should be able to get their Choice of condiment. Besides that I do not like cocktail sauce. I will not ever...

Came here after a 12 hour shift, simply hungry and wanting scallops. I purchased $30 worth of 2 scallop meals, they weren't fully cooked. I politely informed the cashier, she basically told me she wasn't going to assist me in an exchange or refund. I was polite as possible!!! Requesting she please fix my order she denied. I ended up seeking help from law enforcement. Got my money back and left. I have never came across customer service this bad. I mean I didn't request a refund until last resort. I asked could she cook my scallops longer, I asked could she let me exchange for fish, and she did not blink to compromise. I let her know that was no way to treat paying customers. Law enforcement and other customers said they wouldn't have ate that food either. Another customer offered to buy us more food. Very nice gesture of him. But no customer should have been treated that way. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND INFORMING ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO AS WELL!! Customer service...

After reading some of the reviews posted it seems that people aren't aware that there are 2 old Bay restaurants one of them is close to lowes and the other is close to victory crossing, I read a comment which says that the catfish dinner was not good at all and I know that everyone has an opinion but the old bay close to lowes has catfish that nothing so far can compare too and I've tried to find something better with no luck so far. And the bad service comments really threw me for a curve the women who takes the orders has had the same attitude everytime I go in for the last few years and she knows my order even if I skip a week which happens to be the catfish dinner.
