I came and visited this place for the first time this past week. The girl who took my order didnt really greet me with a warm welcoming, she kinda just stared at me and was like are you ready to order. i arrived about a half hour within them opening and ordered one smoothie. They were already missing one fruit for the smoothie but that's no issue as i feel the alternative fruit i chose complimented the other fruits in the smoothie very well. the issue i had was the smoothie was very runny, it melted quick and separated within 25minutes of purchasing. this was veryyy disappointing for a $13 smoothie. they experienced some technical difficulties but again i have no issue there as they got everything back up and running relatively quickly.

I personally dont like how everything is completely covered so you can't see them making what they claim to be your "fresh" meal or beverage.the glass theyre working behind to prepare food is covered with wallpaper or vinyl of some sort and topped with menus. i didnt order food to try for this reason. I did hear what sounded like them throwing the bags of frozen fruit or ice on the ground vs a table behind the changing wall. just gives unsanitary, and the fact you can't see anything leaves an uneasy feeling. i just feel to have such strong claims that everything is made fresh with real ingredients and then have everything hidden is a little contradicting especially when previous reviews have stated the food doesnt taste fresh and is possibly canned/bagged.

Upon reading the reviews, it became very transparent that the business owner or whoever is in charge of doing the google reviews comes across VERY unprofessional, passive aggressive, and can not take critism well. very disappointing and for that reason I do not have intentions of returning or giving them another chance.

the multiple signs stating they're not "fast food" seems like it has less to do with the preparation of your meal and more to do with the lack of urgency on the staff's behalf.

the shorter lady who handed me my smoothie was very kind and I believe my experience would have been much different and service rating would have definitely be higher had she been the one to take my order and greet me upon arrival.

Also, they do not take cash. this was not an issue for me but should be noted to those who use cash on a regular basis , card or tap...

My Lord! What a breath of fresh air!!!!!! The staff members are very nice and welcoming. I noticed that they greeted everyone who came through the door. They have a huge variety of smoothies. I really like having many options. I ordered the golden oreo strawberry heaven and the caramel peanut butter crunch. I also ordered two chicken empanadas, a tiger shrimp wrap and a Chipotle chicken stuffed potato. I couldn't help myself, everything looked so good. There peach cobbler is to die for. DELICIOUS, ALL OF IT... They are definitely on to something. I did not mind the wait because when I go to a sit down restaurant, I have to wait too. Smoothies came out first and food about 10min later. This isn't fast food for sure and I appreciate it. I pray they open a larger establishment so that I can bring my family and friends there for special occasions or when we want something good and different. This Is The Spot for great food. I forgot to mention that I can't have milk or sugar and they were able to accommodate me. The smoothies are all non-dairy yay!!!!! Fruitsplash...

This was my first visit and I must say that I was very impressed with my smoothie. I did not know that you could make a smoothie so delicious and NOT over-beamingly-sweet! I’m sure they have those too? But I was so impressed by this really refreshing treat! I could taste each ingredient with just the right amount of sweet. Amazing! Now, real quick, about the jamacian chicken wrap… This was on par also. The sweet and spicy chicken was grrrrraaaate! The ingredients tasted fresh and the chicken was actually SHREDDED. OMG! The chicken was not just cut-into-chunks. Someone took the time out to shred the chicken. (World of difference, in my opinion) I would definitely recommend and will return. This place needs a food truck, to get that taste out there. (And bring it on down to central NC, we do food truck rodeos all year long 😉) If I have a con, it would be the actual parking lot and shopping center layout.
