When I say never again.. that is EXACTLY what I mean… & they need to be reported. I grabbed a sandwich around 7 something before I had extra deliveries to make. I get home to Hampton around 10-10:25 to find the their employees BOTCHED our sandwiches. They mixed up the requests for our order so my bf’s had some of my requests/some of his were missing, and vice versa. We literally went without dinner, got our video for proof, threw the sandwiches away because they were DISGUSTING and grabbed an apple 🫠.. I get to work BEFORE they open so I said that I’d call when I finally got off around 5. I call when I get off and the owner or whoever he is basically said that he couldn’t give me a remake because I didn’t have the sandwich to show him I didn’t eat it.. as if people say “ew this is gross, let me wrap it up and put it back in the fridge”. My order was 2 sandwiches… deal or not they need to be replaced. Take that BOGO part up with subway, not a customer.
once he realized I said I have a video of the sandwiches they messed up.. he then goes on to say that because I got a buy one get one free, he can only replace the sandwich paid for like I asked them to create a “buy one, get one” foot long and asked for them to be messed up. (I hadn’t eaten all day so imagine my frustration when all I could eat was an apple because it was so late and I was doing deliveries to get Grocery money). So I asked for a refund instead because I didn’t want him dealing with anything I’m about to eat, he said I HAD to make it there before 3 yesterday knowing it was snowing. It was 30 minutes until they closed and the ride I had without snow and traffic was already 30 minutes.. so not I’m left with less money, my sandwiches couldn’t get remade, and now unable to even grab something small/ no leftovers or anything because he gave no leeway when I came to fixing the mistakes that HIS employees made or even my refund. They toast her bread, put her sandwich in front of my "salad " and fixed her sandwich. Now I'm heated but I'm cool. So after they fix her sandwich and begin to ring her up now she ask me what would I like with my tuna. I asked her why did you fix her sandwich first. I was before her. Their explanation was that her sandwich was hot. That is why they fixed her food first, eventhough she was behind me. LMFAO! But I wasn't laughing. I said pepper rings and she looked lost as if i had just eplained quantum physics to her. And again when she was asked if they had thousand island. She had no idea what thousand island was and tried to grab vinaigrette and ranch.
