I've gone to this location a few times, at varying times of the day, and it's the same experience. An incredibly long wait time (30+ minutes, once as long as just shy of an hour) and inconsistency with the food I receive. I almost always go inside to order, and have always had to order at the kiosk. I don't like that the only way to get a receipt this way is to give Taco Bell my email or phone number - I just need a receipt. I've never been in there when the floor has not been sticky. Usually I need to ask for my drinks after ordering, as they won't be given to me otherwise, and every time but once my food was cold by the time it was handed to me. And this isn't something I usually care about but I've never had an employee offer an explanation or say "hey it'll be X amount of wait", unless I ask - which I think last time it was after 20mins of waiting and watching cars go thru the drive thru. I don't mind waiting, but if I'm going to wait 30minutes for fast food outside of dinner/lunch rush, I'd rather go elsewhere. It seems this location is struggling under the weight of mobile orders and can't manage those with the in store ones. It's a bummer because I've worked fast food and know how chaotic it can get, but between the gross floors, inefficient ordering system, lack of communication, and wrong orders/cold food - at almost every visit- we won't be back at this location. These employees need to be trained better and management is really dropping the ball allowing this to happen over months. All these 1 star reviews and not a single one replied to? One female employee goes outside to call relative. An hour later employee relative(also employed currently by franchise)entered restaurant attempting to attack Sr. Citizen Asian employee screaming racial slurs and profanity( employee has filed and pressed chargers) . Upper management had been made aware numerous times of continuous hostile and unsafe work environment. Employees should not have to work under a conditions that warrants physical attacks from employees and or relatives if an employee feels another has upset them. I was even happy to hear that they have Dr Pepper. But the young man found out that's because they are a franchise store not a corporate store. Now to get to the food... All of the food except the Cinnabon rolls (?) was horrible! To start, the Dr Pepper was so bad I just handed it back through the drive thru window and told them to keep that. When I got home with the food 20 minutes later, the tacos awful! I have eaten tacos out of the fridge after 2 days that weren't at soggy as the ones I was served from this restaurant. I ordered a $5 box and I threw most of that fix away. Let's just say this wasn't my first stop here, but it will be my last. Don't waste your money at...
