Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I have never wrote a review before but because of the terrible experience I had here on February 14, 2021, I thought it was important to make it known. The food and wait time was fine, it was the service that was awful. Our cashier, Kailani, completely took our order wrong. The manager laughed in our faces at the end, which caused me to have a severe panic attack from the embarrassment. Initially I asked for a #1 with the drink, however I realized I already had a drink and asked her to only make it three tacos. I asked three times to make sure before I paid that she was not charging me for the meal price. I also ordered two other items which were fine. However she also charged me for an extra taco which I never even asked for. When she said the total for the three tacos (.99 cents each) and two chalupas was over $16 dollars, I questioned why it was so expensive. After giving her a 20 dollar bill I repeatedly told her I only wanted three tacos and two chalupas. She did nothing to change the price and handed me three dollars and some change. I told her I did not want it as a meal, yet the only thing she did was ask if I still wanted the drink “since I paid for it” I was beyond frustrated. We drove to a parking spot and looked in the bag, seeing no receipt and an extra taco I didn’t ask for yet was charged for. We went back to the window and I tried to explain what I wanted a refund for. I did not want the meal price or the extra food they charged me for. The manager only refunded me for the taco, he was rude and laughed in our faces. I even tried to make light of the situation by saying I wasn’t trying to be difficult, I simply did not want to pay for food I didn’t want. i worked here for a year and when the management changed everything fell apart. there’s constantly drama and accusations coming from the GM for no reason. instead of encouraging us she likes to bring us down. not only that but she re washes the left over cups that the sweet tea isn’t used. made us reuse the disposable cleaning wipes that were torn up and apart because she was bleaching them instead of just buying new ones … disgusting. she comes in and will start something between the employees in the back than go sit in the lobby for the rest of her shift. it’s not a happy place and the people aren’t sanitary at all. we went to HR multiple times and nothing has changed at all. i also wasn’t being paid what everyone else was being paid…, she takes away our hours behind our backs and managers have had to fix them before. if you make her mad or if she doesn’t like you, she will play with your schedule because she thinks it’s funny but in reality it’s your whole life she’s messing with. don’t eat here unless you want a passive aggressive manager greeting you and your food to be against safety regulations. have...

I would love to talk to one of the district / general managers that I posted in my pictures. I went through the drive-thru on our long trip home and ordered a chicken quesadilla light cheese. I received a packed full of cheese quesadilla with ZERO chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to go back because it was the premise of getting my order correct instead of finding and paying for more food. I'm tired of going places and having to check my meals every time. Usually a Taco Bell gets it right 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I walked in and asked maybe I could get a refund and my quesadilla remade. To my SURPRISE there was TWO other customers in there that went through the drive-thru and their orders were missing things and messed up as well. I waited approximately 5 minutes to get my quesadilla remade when you had six people working in the kitchen area and one in the drive-thru. If you could please get a hold of me I would appreciate it.
