I used the mobile app. Itās great for those in a hurry if the staff follows the process. I was the only person in the mobile app side. Scanned and moved up in line. The other line was packed with cars. I waited for the car in front of me and then was guided by the chick fil a attendant to go next. Immediately the lady behind me starts screaming at me. Cussing me out and then cussing out the employees. I do not want this⦠itās humiliating⦠a horrible day type thing Update: still the sameā¦. Horrible⦠What have they done with the drive thru process? Itās horrible! I wait in a ridiculously long line due to the second lane being barely used for mobile orders??? But it gets better not only am I waiting for the line to move but a random mobile order person pulls up in the mobile part and then orders. They then proceed to cut everyone off who had already ordered. Their food took priority. I see extreme waste in this process that was not meant for the original design of the drive through. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe typically don't have issues with this location. I ordered through the mobile app and did curbside pick-up since the order was slightly larger than we normally do. It took me 20 minutes to get from home (where I placed the order) to the store and I was quoted 30 minutes for pick-up ready time. I had to wait over an hour for some of the food to be fixed (no they were not busy). Then when the food came out it was not even hot. They fries were cold and the sandwiches were slightly warm. The soup (which is what I had to wait for) was just warm as well. They did offer to change my order when I first arrived from the soup to something of equal or lesser value (when ordering on the app they can not give a refund) since the soup was not ready and would take 20 minutes to make a new batch. I opted to wait since it was for my sick kids and it should have only taken 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the shift manager came out and asked the same question and said it would be another 20 minutes before the soup would be ready did I want to change it. I again said no since I needed the soup for the sick and was not going to go home with food for everyone but them... common since!!! After another hour they brought out the food. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUntil recently, I have always loved this Chik Fil A. In fact it was my go-to place but since they have remodeled and reopened the wait times are terrible. The servers are still personable and polite and the food is as good as ever but even with a new multibay drive through and employees everywhere it takes forever to get your food. For instance the other day my son and I went there and while he waited in the drive through I went inside to order. I counted 11 employees behind the counter and it still took 10 minutes to get my simple no. 1 order. I came out and my son had still not ordered. I ate my entire meal while we sat in line another 12 minutes. Over 20 minutes just to order 2 meals. That's crazy and unsustainable. Also I am not sure why their remodeling included the failed McDonald's experience of crowding people waiting on their orders in a small space at the end of the counter in front of the door, the restroom access and the condiments. It's a nightmare now, imagine in the summer when they are packed. Obviously this is a poor design and was not well thought out. Needless to say the drive through is a hassle and takes way too long and going inside is a hassle and takes way too long. Sorry Chik Fil A, you had better figure this...
