Employee was downright rude, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She did not speak when I approached after I said hi. I asked to substitute the sweetener in the new Ohana smoothie from sugar to splenda. She did not let me know that there is no sugar added in this new smoothie and it was not on the board in front of me for me to know otherwise and I am used to all regular smoothies having sugar added. I very clearly said to substitute the sugar to splenda. Instead of letting me know, she ADDED splenda and again only spoke to tell me my total. Whatever, kids are like that sometimes, used to it, I moved on. While waiting I saw a sign in the front window that said sweetened naturally. I hesitated because I don't like confrontation but then saw a different employee making the smoothie and hoped I could catch her before she added the splenda. I ran over and asked but she had already put it in. The employee that took my order came out then and I told her what had happened. She just stared at me. I nicely clarified and just said, I wish you had let me know. She just stared at me. I said I think any customer in future would like if you would just clarify that if it happens again. She just stared at me. So after that I walked away but got more frustrated standing there paying for 3 smoothies not the way I wanted them so I went up and asked that they be remade without sugar. Neither employee spoke to me but started remaking it. The manager came out and asked the employee what happened. Then he turned to me so I explained. He said "it doesn't come with sugar." I explained again. He again said it doesn't come with sugar and asked what do you want and I explained again. Then he just walked off. Unreal. Paying $30 for this experience for 3 smoothies. After all that, when remaking the smoothies, I watched her not get enough fruit for the 3 smoothies so I watched her just add a ton more ice to all of them not once but twice so they literally tasted like slightly flavored ice. I got one the next day to make sure they don't always taste that way but it was totally different and actually tasted of fruit when I got it from a different location next day. If this employee had just apologized for the confusion once I realized what happened or given me any semblance of treating me like a human being, I would not have even asked them to make them again. But to have an employee not be helpful for a new item in the first place and then treat a customer like that literally unresponsive and just staring, unbelievable. Read moreThis location is the worst!!! Let me set the scene: a young guy, an older lady and my daughter and I walked in at the same time. The young guy first, the older lady then us. Apparently the young guy works there because was talking to the person taking the orders and to the person in the back. He orders and sits down to a large group of guys who where sitting eating and drinking smoothies. The lady in front of me places and order and the guy behind the counter tells her there’s a wait of 45 mins to an hour (while standing there twisting and playing with his hair and making no eye contact). So she says your telling me that no matter what I order it’s gonna take an hour, for even a smoothie. He said yes. She leaves. I walk up and he says the same thing. SO I LEFT!!! But there’s a catch… I didn’t leave the parking lot just to see how long it would take for this young guy that was in front of us to get his smoothie. Since I was parked right in front of the door I sat there and waited and watched. Just as I thought he got his smoothie in less than 10 mins. So this establishment is picking and choosing orders. They are lazy and unsanitary. Needless to say I won’t be back and I’m calling corporate today!

Read moreVisit this establishment in 12/24 and almost ended up in a fight because I asked to have my smoothie remade because it had No TASTE. Oh yeah they were willing to remake the smoothie but I was told that I needed to wait until they finished all the other orders. I then asked for the manager and the young lady advised no manager. Then asked to speak with assistant mgr. No assistant manager on duty. Is there a team lead and a young man comes up and that's when all hell breaks out. The young lady becomes aggressive as I'm speaking with the team lead. My daughter engages because the young lady is disrespecting her mother. The employees & the team lead working that day showed their lack of training and their ability to work with the public. I'm 62 yrs old and I have never ever experienced such treatment all because I asked to have my smoothie remade and why do I have to wait for you remake it. I already waited 15-20 minutes. My time is also valuable. The owner/manager needs to clean house and after reading some of these reviews it shows he or she is in no hurry to correct these problems being brought to his or her attention.
