I ordered breakfast at the drive-thru and the lady taking my order was just sweet, and when I got my order it was correct. There are some issues that REALLY need to be addressed such as 99.9% of the time when going through the drive-thru you pay, then are told to pull around to the front of the store where you have to sit and wait for someone to bring your food out to you. Another issue is the automatic message that plays EVERY TIME you pull up to the speaker about their "Crispy Chicken whatevers that taste great with lemonade". Got it!! After the first 27,000 times hearing it I think we've ALL received the message that you now sell chicken fingers!!!! Lastly, I can't even BEGIN to tell you how many times I'd be in line at one of the drive-thru lanes where, instead of taking an order from lane 1 then lane 2 then lane 1 then lane 2 it'll be lane 1, lane 1, lane 2, lane 1, lane 1, lane 1, lane 1, lane 2, lane 1, lane 1, lane 2... AND TAKE A WILD GUESS WHICH LANE I CHOSE THAT DAY!!! It's INFURIATING when you've been sitting there for 8 minutes but a car pulls up to a now EMPTY lane 1 while I'm STILL SITTING THERE WAITING IN LANE 2 to place my order only to hear the person who just rolled up get served AGAIN before me. Then, THAT person pulls away and another vehicle rolls into its place AND THEY GET TO ORDER AS I'M STILL SITTING THERE WAITING!! FIX THIS!! IT'S TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER to leave one lane sitting there for 10 minutes while taking every order that rolls up to the other...
Read moreWent inside to get a big breakfast. Sign posted that register was for online pick up. Green shirted employee stated they would be right with me. So far so good. Girl at register with no nametag ignored me as she walked away. I stepped away from counter to allow another customer to pick up their order. Green shirted employee without name tag did take my order stating that I walked away before she could take my order. With my order pick up she asked me if I wanted a jelly strawberry or grape I replied either one, got my to go order and left. Arrived home no jelly in bag. Why ask if you are not going to fulfill request. Previous day drive through incident, same McDonalds, The order taker stated that their 2 for $6.00 filet of fish offer ended, not true. The offer was still in progress. The manager on duty was able to correct the issue. Thank You. Review written hopefully to raise this McDonalds to the status of many other McDonalds...
Read moreI swing through for coffee occasionally because it's convenient and occasionally I forget myself and buy food. If I get a fish sandwich it's fine, it's like making a frozen fish stick sandwich from when I was young, or a chicken sandwich that is equivalent to frozen foods you put in your fridge for when teenagers can't cook for themselves, but everything else I've eaten makes me feel a strange haze of sluggishness or illness not too long after eating there. Smoothies and soft-serve are also fine. Honestly it's still 3 stars because even with greasy floors and the junk food experience, it really is...
