3.5. A solid B at Bellas in Chester. Once It was known that we were there to do a quick Pizza review for the Pizza Hunters App, everyone ran to the back of the Pizzeria. Not one person wanted to say a few words about their pizza, so we will speak for them. They have a solid slice of Pizza here. Not one specific aspect of the Pizza jumped out, but it was good Sauce, Crust and Cheese throughout. A real thin slice with a small crust. Above average pizza. Authenticity is an important aspect of Pizza. A better music selection could be more appropriate for an Italian Delia and would create a better ambiance. I received greens tossed in balsamic, two pieces of salami, two pieces of ham and two pieces of provolone for around $10. When I asked where the other items were, I was told that you had to ask for them separately. So completely ridiculous. I will never go back based upon the attitude I was given when asked for the salad to contain the ingredients listed. Horrible...

The thinner than average crust at Bella's stood out to me even then, but still feels true to NJ Style pizza which I strictly classify and golden brown and crispy crust/bottom which achieves those wonderful golden brown micro bubbles. I'm normally skeptical of pizza joints which use a mesh tray to cook, however this place is quite the exception. The mesh tray might be their secret to that really awesome bake on...
