Giorgio's Pizza — Restaurant in Chester

I literally checked them out before ordering to see how people felt about the food and sad to say.....They dont even deserve one star and our definetely prejudice, im a staff at a facility here in chester and the woman on the phone start mocking the fact of where i worked to her coworker and im like ahhh hello and she said we dont deliver there and i asked whats going on and that im a staff making the order, she got really angry and said that shes not delivering there and they have lost to much money by. Coming there for fake orders and. Fake credit cards and i said i have cash im like ok but what are you not going to deliver to me is this discrimination because im an actual staff and im like what if someone wants to order from a company that has clients are the staff not suppose to get food, like what is a staff suppose to do and im new thats crazy so i said never mind i will call somewhere else but thank you, like this is humorous in a way should we have some kind of...

This was my first time ordering food from Giorgio's Pizza. I don't know if the pizza is great since I didn't get any, but I hope since it's apart of their name that it's much better than the cheesesteaks.

I purchased the tuna salad, chicken fajita wrap and buffalo chicken cheesesteak.

The tuna salad wasn't seasoned, just with mayo, and didn't have cucumbers on it like it should've, but it was still ok. And they give you one small dressing for a large salad.

The chicken fajita wrap was the best and cooked made just right.

But the absolute worse thing was the buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I noticed that the cheesesteak was very slim and didn't have much meat in it, but what LITERALLY made me sick was that it was half filled with this nasty skin/gristle that I could not eat! I can't believe y'all actually made a cheesesteak like this and sold it....I have never ever had this happen anywhere before! I couldn't even eat this....very disappointing...

First. I get charged for SOMEONE ELSE’s order by SUPERVISOR MARIA HIONIDES and her response was that it was so busy in the store.

What Ms. SUPERVISOR?

It is one thing to apologize, but then say something like that as a LEADER who has employees under you. Does a SUPERVISOR suppose to respond in such a manner? Really!!!

So, I end up keeping the order because I haven’t eaten ALL DAY. I not only paid $25.99 and got REFUNDED, but now I paid for my actual order that was $14.47.

Now ya’ll would think this ORDER NIGHTMARE was over but Check this out...

I ordered ONION RINGS and I don’t know if they scrapped the bottom of the grease pan BUT....

All I can say is I will NEVER order from Giorgio’s again. When you are spending money and eating out there is a standard and if the establishment has no respect and honor in what they do for a living then THEY NEED TO SHUT IT COMPLETELY...
