Nazz's Pizza — Restaurant in Chester

This is the second time now that I have ordered from Nazz and the food has been extremely cold and late! I ordered at 4:00pm and it is now 6:00pm and my food has still yet to be delivered! I called at 5:30 and was told that my food should be arriving shortly! This is ridiculous! The customer service is poor! After the first time this happened, I said that I’d give them another shot because I can understand Saturday’s can be very hectic and busy! Well this is the second chance and this is happening all over again! If you know your establishment is so busy then maybe hire more delivery drivers idk! Something has to give! I continued to patronize this place because they have so many great options that at porkless I like all the other pizza establishments around here! But if I have to eat cold pizza every time I order than, I’ll go back to ordering my food from CoCo’s or Pats pizza! Both of those establishments are always packed and busy every weekend but I tell you what, my food is always delivered within 45 minutes no longer than 1 hour and I never have to put the pizza in the oven to reheat it...

I was so happy to see they delivered so late. They were out of whole wings so they called me back and went over everything with me and offered substitutes for the whole wings, made sure the order was correct several times. Didn't get the whole order I paid for so that was a bit annoying. Called back today and the lady was VERY nice, and after explaining that I wasn't there and I'm back home in Ohio, I need an actual refund of the $ spent. She didn't hesitate to rectify everything and I was able to get the refund without any hassle. The food was great! The huge large Philly cheesesteak pizza was LOADED WITH Meat! Despite the mess up with the order, their customer service and food was so good, I still give them 4 stars. Had the order initially been correct it would be 5 stars. Ordered the steak Stromboli and Buffalo chk stromboli. I asked for extra sauce and got a dry Stromboli. I was charged over 55 dollars for these 2 strombolis!!! 56 DOLLARS ( FIFTY SIX). I was thinking that if it's worth it so be it. But I got charged 2 dollars for extra sauce and my receipt looks cooked. I'm in the hospital unable to walk and Stromboli is my favorite food. Unforgivable and disgusting Stromboli. I called back and was told the driver will return and I will get a new one. Guess what? That didn't happen. Driver never returned. Highly recommend finding a better place. Especially if you love Stromboli. Quality is trash and price is extremely high. I hope this helps other people looking and hoping to...
