The food is good, but I spend A LOT of money at this location, and the most aggravating thing is how frequently the same mistakes are made. I do not eat dairy products. I can’t just “pick off” feta cheese when it surrounds and is glued to the rest of the sandwich. I’ve had COUNTLESS issues with incorrect orders at the restaurant, drive thru and delivery. This is not a vegan snob rant, this runs much deeper than cheese, my friends.
It is not convenient for me or the person behind me to check every aspect of my order before I pull off from the drive thru. It is even less convenient to then park, go inside (the whole reason I went to the drive thru in the first place) and have them “fix” my order, this in turn usually makes me late for a host of things, among them, work. It’s not convenient to call them after they’ve delivered my food to notify them that the order is WRONG, AGAIN. Should I tell the delivery drive to not leave until I can check my bag for accuracy? This is important because WHEN YOU CALL THE LOCATION (Four Seasons Chesterfield) to let them know, the automated system routes you to a tunnel of death, otherwise known as disconnecting the call. They tell you to, “Please note if you are calling between the hours of 11-1:30” I’m assuming these are peak times, so there’s hope? Nope! Call at 2:30, 3:15, 5 or whenever ya want! No manager or person of any sort EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! So I will either drive there or, what I’ve done many other times, deal with it and forget about it, until it happens again. It happened again about 10 minutes ago. The service can be summarized as poor, mostly due to the service after the fact. If you cannot answer the phone, you have staffing issues, if you have staffing issues, HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
Its not just about my convenience, but it’s not the cheapest food you’ll eat, I would prefer the order be correct at least 8/10 times. I feel that fair. Rating 2 stars because people are nice at point of sale and the food is tasty, but this location is specifically bad, as I do not have this problem with the location near work. I’ve lived in the area for a decade. It’s become especially bad the last 8-9 months. I’m hoping the management team sees this outside the hours of 11-1:30. Here’s hoping it turns...
Read moreLast night me and my friends had bread co. delivered to our house. We used the online order app , which I have used before and had a good experience with. Our food got delivered and everything was fine so we took it downstairs but only to find that they gave us a totally different salad than what I had ordered and put the wrong customizations on my friends salad for her. Also, we were given 2 extra things that we didnt order. At this point I thought to myself okay this is fine I will just give them a call and sort this out and hopefully get what I ordered delivered to me. I also checked on the app to see if I had made a mistake when ordering. (like if I clicked on the wrong thing) But the order was correct on the app. I gave the Bread Co. a call and clicked the button to speak to a manager. We waited while it was ringing but no one picked up. We were like okay we will wait a couple minutes and give them a call back. I wanted to get my correct salad because I had spent $35 on this order for me and my friends. We tried calling them again but no answer. We clicked every option it gave us to speak to someone but we never got anyone to pick up the phone!! Bread Co. was still open, this was around 7pm and they close at 9pm. I am so mad about this that the employees couldn’t even pick up the phone . We must have called then atleast 10 times in the span of an hour and never got anyone to pick up the phone! So i wasted my money on a salad I didn’t even order. I don’t think I will use this locations delivery service ever again. It just...
Read more"Will unapologetically handle your food after changing trash!"
Went through the drive-thru at the Four Seasons location and watched a staff change the trash then pick up my sandwich and box it up - no hand-washing or glove-changing in between these two tasks. When I said something about this, the guy at the window began to argue with me. He told me that she wore gloves, to which I responded "yes, but she did not change them after changing the trash," and then he said that she used a scoop to pick up my sandwich. I told him that she did not, that I watched her pick the sandwich up with her hands as I thought, "I hope that's not my order!" He exasperatedly then asked me if I wanted the order remade - no apology or anything. I told him yes. They slopped something together and as I drove off, I realized that they didn't return my debit card. I returned to the store and they told me they didn't have it. I think they threw it away to spite me. Needless to say, I won't be back. One positive is that the manager who checked on the card seemed to...
