The reason for this review directly relates to the complaint about the gratuity I provided as I left. Had the individual not complained about the gratuity, which was around 18% I would have left and this review would not be here. But because of this interaction I am going to share my experience here.

First this business appears to be a legitimate provider, no funny business here, so I am not complaining because they provided legitimate service.

The first 30 Mins of the massage was like getting dragged across a rug. An old towel was laid over my back and the massage started through that towel. Clearly Fabric Softener is a foreign concept, 30 mins of a rug burn across my back was almost enough for me to get up.

6 times during this massage either the door chimed, or the phone rang in which my individual stopped and left the room. Twice during the massage they yelled through the walls at another individual in the building

A second time during the two hour massage I had to suffer through the towel massage.

I paid for a two hour massage, considering the number of times the individual left the room, there is the fact that the massage ended with 15 mins early, so a two hour massage was 1 hour 30 mins.

I believe an 18% tip was being generous. However she immediately started complaining she had given me a two hour massage, which hardly closer to 90 mins being generous.
