I am new to ordering from this Starbucks but have ordered from them 3 times now bc of its proximity to work. The 1st was extremely long wait but I admittedly sent my order to the wrong store and they & the young lady was sweet in helping me sort it out. My fault no harm no foul. 2nd time I went I waited an additional 15 min for my mobile order than quoted thankfully I work right around the corner & made it by the skin of my teeth on time, & there were at least 6-7 workers & they were barely busy. Today was my 3rd and final time, I ordered 30 min prior to needing to be at work as I took into account how long the wait was the prior 2 times, some how still managed to barely make it out in enough time to get to work. I don’t get it I don’t live in the area & the ones by me are far busier have less workers on & I still have never waited this long especially when ordering on the mobile app ahead. I passed by my highway K one on the way to work bc since construction on the 64 on ramp has been happening it is a nightmare to get out of the parking lot bc traffic is so backed up (not even service issues just simply construction that has steered me away). Yet in still I probably would’ve been better off battling that than ordering from here. I would say hire more ppl but I don’t know what the problem is to be honest bc you seem to have plenty. Everyone is always nice but dear lord this place is a hot mess. I would say don’t order from here and if you do double-triple the time you think it will take or that the...
Read moreThey often mess up their nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream, and I’m not sure why
When I get it at any other Starbucks, it comes out cold and perfectly poured
Any time I’d get here, the guys first asks me if I want cold foam (if I wanted cold foam I would have asked for cold foam)
Second, every other star bucks pours their sweet cream first, then fills the nitro cold brew to the top
This place (my theory) is that they must pour the nitro first and then add the sweet cream second. This has unintended consequences of making the top really foamy and the cup is filled up like 80% off the way.
And it’s often warm which is dissapointing.
Also it’s $.20 more expensive than the one on Clarkson
So for the time being I’ve stopped going there
A few weeks ago I ordered a nitro cold brew w vanilla sweet cream and it came out black on the bottom, and some foam on the top, I asked if they could remake it, she said ‘oh it’s just cause it’s been sitting there a while’. (I mean I just ordered it in drive through like 20 seconds ago. This is a product of pouring the coffee first and the sweet cream last, it throws off the whole mix ology
The people are always extremely nice, and the drive through is a convenience I really miss, but every time I order the drink it’s a strictly worse version than down the road at a more...
Read moreI left the review at the wrong store. I apologize for that mistake.
I'm writing to express my concern about the way your staff handled a situation earlier today. I was in the car behind a customer who was having a disagreement with your team. A staff member approached to assist the manager, which only escalated the situation.
When the customer placed her order, she had difficulty hearing due to issues with the speaker. She requested just a medium dark roast coffee. However, when she pulled up, the manager refused to give her the coffee, stating, "You pulled up, so I’m not giving it to you." The manager's rudeness held up the line, and the staff member's involvement only added to the confrontation.
This situation could have been easily resolved if the manager had simply handed over the medium coffee. I hope you can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.
It's disappointing to see that your staff upset a customer to the point where they felt the need to use inappropriate language. This behavior is not acceptable for a manager. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this incident, and I have recorded the entire situation...
