Starbucks — Restaurant in Chesterton

Ordered a Decaf Americano …10/16/2023… It had absolutely no flavor, and it tasted just like hot water…yuk… Come on you can do better than that…for the cost I paid…Totally Disappointed…Sure had high expectations…😢 What’s even worse there is no phone number on the receipt…to give them feedback etc… when you Google that store you get the phone number of a Starbucks in the Jewel foods store?…different location… in addition, I ordered a pound of decaf whole bean coffee… The employee took it off the shelf and put it in my bag. I did not check it…. later that day, I was going to make decaf coffee and realized it did not say decaf. It was regular…. of course, there’s no phone number to contact anyone about the mistake… definitely will have to make a trip into the store to get it...

Honestly, it's the best place for coffee & meeting up with friends to chat in the area! Everyone greets you, is friendly, and it's CLEAN and orderly! Yes... it's a big corporate coffee shop, BUT I want products that are consistent (HOT, FLAVORFUL & AMAZING) and a great atmosphere.

To top it off, the manager keeps her crew & this place organized, stocked, and super clean!

🍒*They say 'aloud' the name of the order, whether customers have come in or not! This just puts them above and beyond any other coffee shop around!

All of this is what I expect from Starbucks, though, 5☆ service...

The drink was delicious and the counter service was very friendly. However my sister and couldn’t sit and talk with the very loud music playing. We asked them to turn it down and they did slightly but then it seemed like it went back up after a while. I think they wanted to be able to hear it behind the counter while they work, so maybe add a speaker in that area so the customer area volume can be set at a reasonable...
