Dazbog Coffee Pershing — Restaurant in Cheyenne

NOT GOOD! Went to the counter to order a coffee & croissant. Two staff, no mask, totally focused on the drive-through. Waited 10 minutes to place order. Ordered a HOT LATTE and a croissant - after a long wait, got a COLD LATTE, and then a cold croissant tossed at me in a celophane wrap. Again, asked for a HOT latte and for croissant to be warmed for FIVE SECONDS. Finally got handed a BARELY LUKE WARM latte and a croissant that had been forgotten in the microwave, with the texture a cross between a rubber tire and bale of hay. FIRST & LAST visit. Worst customer service ever. A waste of good money. Would have gotten great customer service at MacDonald's with HOT COFFE that is actually HOT, not almost cold. What did I pay just for that horribly disappointing coffee? About $3.25 plus tax? And the croissant? Whatever it was, it was not cheap, and it was too much for a rubbery hard-as-nails thing that was at one time in its life...

Drink a little of your drink to make sure you got the right thing before you leave c,: Other than that, I'd say that starbucks has a worthy opponent. I don't usually like hot drinks but the Karamel Kreme Latte is probably a first for me. It doesn't taste watery and has a nice amount of sweetness with a more rich coffee flavor compared to some other sad hot drinks I've had in my lifetime. Also, every time I've gotten my drink it's pretty much been a ready-to-drink temperature so that means I don't have to burn my mouth on the day I finally decide to get a hot coffee. It also means I don't have to let it sit. I don't know if it's just been luck or if an employee here or the company had this all planned out. I can't wait to try...

A month ago I would have given 5 stars, but the quality has gone downhill. I tend to get a chiller most days and thought they were way better than Starbuck's Frappuccinos. Not anymore. Half the time, it's not even filled up and the ice is not blended. Today takes the cake. Not only was I shorted, but it's not even remotely blended. There's so much ice that you can't drink it and there is even powder sitting on the top. Since I went to the drive-thru, I attempted to give them a call, but they apparently have the phones off and they do not have the voicemail set up. Complete...
