Firehouse Subs Pershing Blvd. Marketplace — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Got into the store before closing time. One of the men working in there told us somewhat loudly/aggressively that there would be over an hours wait. Made me feel that we weren’t welcome there. I asked if it was still ok for us to order or not and he didn’t answer. So we step over to the register and wait. They finally take our order and it only took 28 minutes for the order to get to us. So we grab our food and leave. Get all the way home and the sandwich I ordered is made incorrectly. Incorrectly how, well, it was a beef brisket and cheddar. Only problem was there was NO CHEESE!!! How do you forget the cheese when it’s in the name of the sandwich. So overall, incorrect food in a restaurant that’s just starting out (training should be on point), making us feel like you don’t want our business and just a general disappointment. Amazing food, incredible atmosphere, perfectly crafted subs. One employee was remarkably nice and handsome. Branden offered me amazing table side service. As I walked in Branden greeted me with a charming charismatic smile reminiscent of years gone by. As the food was brought to my table Branden put on my bib cut up my sub into bite sized pieces. And slowly and with deliberate care he put the steaming hot meat filled sub in my mouth. As I drooled over the taste of the meat filled sub Branden sensually wiped my mouth so that it would be dry and ready for more meat. Truly amazing service. I thought that this was peak service however Branden again blew my mind as I went home to sleep after the profound experience. He was wating for me at my bed with my favorite book Chicken Lilly by Lori Mortensen. He then tucked me into bed and read Chicken Lilly. As I drifted off into the dark embrace of sleep Branden kissed me on the cheek goodnight. Truly impressive service I shall be returning...

I'd love to give them a 5 star as we are from Colorado and firehouse has always been our favorite sandwich place. We waited months for this place to open. Opening day they were jammed packed and told us it would be over a hour wait and there was no online ordering either. We went back the next day again they were jammed packed again and couldn't take order. We tried one more time when our daughter came out to visit with us yesterday and they had closed their doors early due to running off of items. How can you be this big of a franchise and not been not prepared? Especially in a state that doesn't have good food already? Upsetting but I guess one day we'll be...
