I have been to MANY Dutch Bros, and I have to say this is the worst one. I totally get training the staff so the long waits I understood for the first few months. But after being open for a few months now they have the longest waits. And I’ve been to busy Dutch Bros in the past and it’s tough for me to go there when I know you’ll wait for 40min+. Even with the order ahead you never know if you are gonna get it when you request the time 30min in advance. I love Dutch Bros and don’t buy my coffee anywhere else now. On one visit I had a staff throw a straw at me cause I was upset I had ordered my drink 30min in advance and she said they would start it right now. Makes it tough when you have to be to work and you plan ahead. Just sad to see when I know the experience with Dutch has always been good and this one is letting...
Read moreProducts are great, the array of options is impressive, and the employees are upbeat and seem happy to be there - HOWEVER, there MUST be a better way to run the drive thru when the line is so long it’s split in 2 & BOTH lines are overflowing out of the parking lot. Only go here if it’s very slow or if you’ve got plenty of time to spare. You can order via the app, but not via a speaker in the drive thru. And either way you have to wait until the employees come up to your car to ask if you ordered via the app, and if not they take your order in person, on foot, and then you go back to waiting. I’ve heard that one of the 2 lines is for app orders and one for order-taking, but that never seems to be the case as no one knows which is which due to lack of anything (signs, etc) indicating what...
Read moreI applied to this location as soon as I even learned what the construction project was for, was told I all but had the job months in advance. I sat through four interviews with nice enough people only to be told that I was rejected because health stopped me from being up at 8AM every single day. Despite being open until 11PM. At first I figured it was because they have plenty of people on day shift, but I can't help but notice almost every employee car is from Colorado, not local, meaning every employee not management (often middle-teenagers) were driving from Colorado to work here, so they clearly prioritize physical appearance over work ethic and effort. This is made very apparent considering the drinks ordered taste different every time I order...
