My husband and I will no longer be coming back to this location or Qdoba for that matter. I am tired of the lack of consistency in service and standards here. When they fired the previous manager EVERYTHING went down hill. Then got fixed nicely again for a little while. Today, we came in and first the person wrapping the burritos did not close the foil around them so that they would not be exposed and promptly slid them across the food counter and onto the cash register counter (which is NOT wiped off between orders and gets all kinds of items set on it (gloveless hands, bowls, various food items etc., and never wiped off in the presence of a customer) again, with the open foil exposed to the dirty counter because they slide it on that side of it. Second, when we went to pay, we have always gotten a "First responder discount" (they have a big first responder clientele here as well as Military in Cheyenne- they told us NO more first responder discounts, "We got yelled at by our District Manager when we did a discount in front of them!" So they are losing business there. Third, the employees DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES after wiping tables, cleaning trash off the floors, wiping their hands on dirty aprons (then handling my food directly after 🤮); and then saw an employee restocking the plastic utensils(even though they are covered with plastic wraps with the same gloves he cleaned the tables and picked the trash up of the floor with) I/we are NOT germ-aphobes However, there are certain restaurant standards that must be kept consistent. Tables were also filthy. My husband works for three Cheyenne Police Department is a first responder... these restaurants have a huge first responder customer base. Fire department is a big one!! 😥 Must restaurants in Cheyenne recognize first responders here in Cheyenne. They have lost us forever due to the inconsistent standards and...
Read moreLove Qdoba, but have been disappointed with this location the past few visits. Was in about 2 weeks ago for breakfast. Was so looking forward to a breakfast burrito, since I can rarely make it there in the mornings due to other obligations. When my burrito was built, the employee barely gave me half of a scoop of each ingredient, even though I only requested a couple of ingredients and no meat. When I expressed how small the food amount was, the employee whispered that staff members have been getting "yelled at all the time" for serving sizes. My understanding from being a Qdoba fan for many years is that one scoop of primary ingredients (i.e. egg & potato) is what to expect when ordering a small burrito and 2 scoops for large. Has that changed? Instead I ended up with a tiny 3 bite snack for an absurd amount of money. On top of that, I was charged for meat and a drink, both of which I said no to (said no to the drink twice). There was an angry looking lady in the background who was watching and fixed the drink charge but I hadn't noticed the meat charge at the time. The employee looked scared. Don't know what's up with management here, but I won't be going back to this location. Hope things get better for employees and customers...
Read moreQudoba is not an honest company. My family had saved 32k points and was going into have meal only to discover they had changed their policy for the points and they now were expired and we had zero points. So. Take your money and go to a more honest company. People need to stop supporting businesses that are not going to take care of their consumers and only want to line the CEO pockets. This is their response! I love how it's a should have!
"Thanks for the information. You should have received an email last year about the changes to our rewards program. Free entrees are now the only reward that exists in the program, and you earn them automatically when you hit 125 points. Because of this, we converted your points to free entrees first, and then the remainder have been converted to the new program at a rate of 24 previous program points to 1 new program points. All free entrees earned moving forward expire after 60 days. I hope this...
