Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Well, I totally misunderstood the ol' "take and bake", the first time I went there. Oops, my bad. Anyways, what? What am I doing? Oh yeah, take and got baked, I remember now. Told ya I misunderstood that. Like I was saying, the pizza here is absolutely delicious as long as you take it home and cook it. Don't forget to cook it. Cuz it ain't as good if you just eat it on the run. That's why if you order there, you better have roughly about an hour of time to pick it up, use your legs, not your back, and cook it in the old oven. Totally worth it! I enjoy the stuffed double layered meaty pizza. I don't do veggies on my pizza. But the stuffed pizza is the way to go. Otherwise, it is just a pizza that you could buy in the frozen section of the local grocery store. I recommend at least a try. You will be stuffed eating that double stuffed pizza. Just remember you gotta cook it Otherwise you see yourself calling into work the next day with food poisoning, oh yeah if you have food stamps you can use that to pay because it's not ready to eat. That's nice right there. So enjoy you savages, remember to cook the pizza and get yourself baked. It's not more one can take unless you get too baked. Then, in that case, for goodness sake, don't try to take it. You may slip and do something totally awesome. What? What are we doing? Damn it! Take and bake not...damn it I have...

TL;DR: bad management, poor quality control, wrong orders, won’t give you refunds and rude employees and management. You’re better off going to Sams Club of walmart for a take and bake pizza.

Back in the day this place used to be amazing. But since the new manager took over, the quality control has went down the drain. I’ve gone twice in the last few months and they gave me the wrong order twice. The first time I did an online order and it told me my food would be done in 30 minutes. I have them a little extra time and showed up closer to 45 minutes after the order was placed and when I arrived they said they haven’t even started on my food. So I had to wait another 30 minutes. They also gave me a regular crust pizza instead of a stuffed crust, and told me the only thing they could do is have me wait longer while the made another, and they wouldn’t refund my money because the manager was the only one who could do that. Fast forward to last night, I ordered a gluten free pizza for a family member that has a gluten allergy. There were no stickers on the packaging to tell what kind of pizza it was and my family member later said it was NOT gluten free and the began to break out. Hopefully this store gets their poop in a group soon before they go out...

We have never had a bad experience until tonight. We ordered a pizza an hour before we got there. The pizza wasn't ready. No biggy I paid and waited. Then I realized over 8 people who ordered after me had gotten their pizzas. The lady working placed a 5 meat stuffed pizza on their pixy glass. I asked her if it was my order. She rudely said no its his (pointed to a guy who ordered way after me and maybe waited 10 minutes). So I asked her if mine would be coming up soon because I ordered mine an hour before I got here and it wasn't ready and then also multiple customers after me were getting their pizza, she said "SO" . She didn't answer my question then proceeded to snap at another customer who was waiting longer then me for his pizzas that he also called in. Then snapped at another co-worker.
