The manager on duty at 12:30 PM by the name of Anthony: "Maybe you would have heard us call the name if it was less inappropriate." The name we used was McDaddy.com as a funny joke. We did not hear our name after listening intently for 30 minutes. Walked up, the food was cold, we were like, fine, we'll leave. In the car, we realized that they forgot the drink. Wouldn't remake it until we realized that the drink was gone. The first part of his sentence says that they said our name. The second phrase communicates that we didn't hear it because the name we used was "Inappropriate". So they either said it very quietly or didn't say it at all and just blamed us. We finally got a remake, and they intentionally squished all the tacos.
The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, and the sink was leaking very badly.
I actually used to work at that Taco Bell, I'm friends with Melissa, I'm friends with Danny, and I'm friends with Zach. I've worked for Border Foods for 2 years in both Laramie and Cheyenne, actually at this very restaurant. I understand that nasty customers exist, it's possible that we should have waited at the counter instead of sitting down, but I don't think that it's too much to ask to sit down instead of standing around to wait, especially with that large of an order. All we wanted was food that wasn't cold. I don't know which employee it was that didn't say our name, but it was a terrible, terrible experience. Thank you
Edit: In retrospect, several hours later, I definitely could have handled the situation better. If I had been meek and requested a remake more politely, it likely would have gone a lot better, and no escalation would have happened. I'll upgrade this review to 2 stars because I didn't act in the most respectable manner either. But it was still a bit of a disappointing...

I order using their app, paid for it. When I went to pick it up at the drive-thru the cashier had told me they hadn't gotten an order. When I pulled up to the window they asked me my name, said Ben. They found it had been placed for the next day, that's fine I did order at 12:05 am, I'm not surprised.
Then came the bigger surprise, I had already paid. When pulling up the order they proceeded to tell me my order hadn't been paid for even though their website said it had been paid, and the money had been taken from my account. They told me I needed to pay again, which at THAT point I didn't have the money to pay again. So they refused to give me my food that I already paid for.
On top of all of this the manager is making food, the cashier asks him what he should do and the manager, without looking at the receipt or the cashiers computer tells him it declined my card. The receipt says that it was approved, the email I got said it was approved, and their website said I paid. So the manager did absolutely NOTHING to help fix the issue and decided to blow it off.
So I drove away with my order not given to me, told I hadn't paid, and the money taken from my bank account. I warn anyone who goes here using the app to watch out. Not only do the employee's here not know how to handle it when someone uses the app, but if you have issues the manager will refuse to help you at all with your problem and completely...
Read moreA year after I posted the below review, we decided to try this place again. Oh man, what a horrible idea that was. Did a pick up order through the app. Arrived at the restaurant and the lobby was closed. The line for the drive thru was almost backed up onto Lincoln way. Roughly 20 minutes in the drive thru line i started looking for a way to get a refund in the app. If there is a way to request a refund, I sure couldn't find it. 41 minutes in line and we finally made it to the speaker. They eventually found our order and asked us to pull up to the second window. Just a FYI, they only have one window. We waited so long for our food the ice completely melted in our drinks and the food was not even close to warm. Also, both boxes were missing items. Shame on me for trying this place again. Shame on Taco Bell for not disabling pick up orders in the app. In full fairness, the guy at the window was pleasant. How is this place still in business?
