Culver’s — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Asked for a medium chocolate shake. Told the cashier I received someone else shake and it was runny. Requested a freshly made shake. The cashier guaranteed that it would be. Waited for the shake and appearance looked good. Drove out onto the street headed home and put the straw in and it was runny. Turned around and headed thru the drive up window. Showed 3 different staff the runny shake and all each one said they couldn't take the shake. I said throw it in the trash and asked for a new one. The cashier said that I should have ordered a Malt. I have never seen such an ordeal. The situation was getting escalated and I said I would throw it on the ground. The 3rd gal said she would refund my money back. She slammed the window and said she was getting the GM. I drove up to the trash can and threw it away and drove home. This situation should have been resolved without having to being treated in such a manner. Customers are why...

First off, for those who didn't know this is the newest Culver's location in Cheyenne, with it opening within the last year. With that said, I was really happy with my first time dining here. Five stars across the board for this location. As soon as I walked in, the customer service blew me away because I was welcomed warmly, and it made me feel pretty comfortable there. The ordering experience went well. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. Also, the dining room was very clean and well maintained. During my close to 45-minute visit, there were workers regularly going into the dining room and making sure it was cleaned, and also they regularly checked on customers to see if they needed anything. All in all, my visit went great, and I look forward to visiting this...

Have gone here several times and always had a good experience… however I went through the drive through for one small shake and one small concrete and we ended up waiting 15 minutes… watched 12 other cars get their food and leave several times. Finally we had to park and go inside… they lost our order and couldn’t find it, and they ended up making them over and made me 2 shakes instead of a shake and concrete… didn’t get what I paid for, ended up being a 20 minute ordeal instead of like 5 minutes. Nobody even came to check on us after the guy running food out had seen us sitting there for 15 minutes for 2 small shakes which are like the fastest thing they can make.
