This review will be for the Cheyenne, Wyoming location. I am just not sure what to say about this place or the people that work there. Okay, I do but Google doesn't allow books to be written as a review. I LOVE this place!
The people have always been friendly and courteous. I've seen some of the reviews where people think they need to see flavors but honestly, I like not having a huge menu! If you have a certain taste in mind, simply ask the barista what they would recommend based off of what you're looking for. If you're one of those people that don't like a change, ask yourself why you're coming here in the first place? Maybe it's because you're tired of the same old same old and want or need something new. This place is very much different from some of the other big chain beverage stores. I find it refreshing. Also, I am one that likes to change things up, so trying something new is great. The employees here don't get stuck in a same old same old and can offer something off the top of their heads. I love it!
I find their pricing to be comparable to other locations for coffee based beverages. Did I mention they have a 32 oz iced beverage size?! Yep, for us that LOVE coffee, it is SO nice! I don't drink black coffee so I can't attest to that but, I can to just about any other drink offered here LOL. Including their tea. Besides being a coffee lover I am also a huge tea drinker! They probably have the best tea I've had at a chain beverage store! Even my husband, who is not a tea fan, LOVES the Earl Gray he actually tried! I tell ya, try their teas! So awesome!
Their app is so easy! Add a card, or not, get points and redeem them as they come up. It tells you the definition of the different types of drinks, if you're like I was when I was younger and just thought everything was plain, cappuccino or latte.... There's actually several different ways to make a coffee and it explains how each are done. All you have to do is pick how you want it and what flavors you want to add.

The customer service and management are severely lacking. At first I just thought it was during the cold opening, however it had gotten worse since then. My first issue was with pricing. Every time I ordered my standard drink I would be charged a different amount. The only prices on the board are a range of price and not an exact price next to the drinks. I asked several of the girls and the manager Michaela how I was being charged. None of the employees were able to tell me and said that the computer just tells them the price. Iāve also asked for a list of sugar-free flavors and Iāve been told they donāt have a list. When I asked Michaela about pricing she took my name and number and told me a manager would call me. This was over six weeks ago and no call. The second issue is the app. NONE of the baristaās seem trained on how to use it. Twice now a Barista has gotten angry with me because she taps the rewards and then when I want to pay with my preloaded amount she says she canāt get the app to do that. she is the same one that when you walk up to the counter she just stares at you. There is no hello, how are you? Or what can I make for you today? very rude. I finally said yesterday, āHello, do you just want me to order now?ā I get so excited to get my coffee and then I am greeted with this kind of customer service? Basic social skills seem to be lacking with the customer service here, as well as basic training techniques. Can someone from corporate come to help this place before it is nonexistent ? It makes me sad because as I said the coffee is yummy. Lastly, the grass is unkept and the space that normally has a picnic table for people to enjoy their coffee at is nonexistent. On top of that, the girl at the window was requesting a tip before Iād even gotten my drink. Figured Iād just chalk it up to everything being new. Went back 2nd time and my coffee had no flavor. It was just coffee and milk. I Wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt so on my 3rd visit back, I ordered a Vanilla Chai latte and received an entire cup of just whipped cream. I had a friend with me and their drink also had no flavoring added so at this point I knew it wasnāt just me. I Decided Iād had enough, and went back through the window where their excuse was they were training and no CHAI was added to my drink?? I heard them saying they were actually out of Chai.
