My friend and I always passed this on our way to Turtle's with the assumption that their food wasn't that good based on a quick look at their menu. Boy was I wrong. Their food is on par with Turtle's. Their fries are light and crispy. So perfect, in fact, they are the best fries I've had anywhere in the area. I've tried their Irishman Pub Burger and it is excellent. You get to decide how well done you want the patty. It comes with a slice of ham, coleslaw on top, slice of authentic Dubliner white cheddar, and a sunny side up egg on top. All of this is stacked between a pair of soft pretzel buns. Deliciousness in every bite. The size of mac and cheese was good though a bit small for $3. Appears to be homemade since the cheese runs a bit to the bottom of the tub foil cup. If it had been from a box, it would have clumped. This was definitely not from a box. Excellent all around. Also had their Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Also perfect in every bite. Gooey cheese sandwiched between two slices of white Texas toast. Bread had just the right amount of crispness and no burnt edges. Will definitely be coming back again in the future. They currently have some outdoor dining hidden inside a white tarped and raftered area on the sidewalk. Definitely a unique experience with the white halogen lamps and multicolored LED lights on at night.

Came here after a White Sox Game, it seem like a fun place to get a drink and meet new people and have fun. While playing some music in touch tunes, I was enjoying my self when this bartender came and insulted me. As a bartender my self, I have never seen someone disrespect and customer like he did, just because I was enjoying my self, not bothering anyone. And to make things worse I watch him under pour my drink. The place may have good food, but as customers service is a zero from him.

The manger was the biggest racist person. After Mexican heritage day he was furious just to see all the Mexican coming into the bar I saw him rolling in his eyes since we came in, the worst thing is it was an empty bar at the moment, he got more upset after people who where watching the game were cheering for Mexico making noise and really enjoy the game.

Came before a Sox game. Busy but not crazy. Seat yourself, only table that was available was in the corner but all good. Waitress came over after a few and took our order for drinks. She told my partner that her frozen lemonade would be a 10 minute wait. After 15 minutes she came back over and told her that she didn’t know it wouldn’t be ready so to order something else. I was confused as to why she didn’t check earlier and not tell her it would be 10 minutes? Food was really enjoyable and very reasonably priced, no complaints on that. Did ask for hot sauce on the side, after 5 minutes waitress came back and told me they had run out of hot sauce, 30 seconds later saw another waitress come out with wings with hot sauce clearly on them. I do not believe a restaurant would ever run out of hot sauce on a game day, come on. You just didn’t want to go to the back and ask for the hot sauce as it was busy, I get it, just be honest. Though food was great, let down by the service. I think we just drew the short straw because all other waitress’ looked much happier and...

The expectations were not high to begin with. Just a hole in the wall mediocre bar for a Mondat night White Sox game.

The waitress huffed, puffed and rolled her eyes when we flagged her down after ten minutes of no one tending to our table. Mind you there were only three other parties under five - three in the bar.

We waited over a half hour for wings, grilled cheese, and fries. And now it was down to just us and one other party in the bar. We had to flag her down every time we need something and it always followed with an eye toll or annoyed tone.

She then gave us the wrong bill. Again she looked annoyed with HER mistake.

Like I said the expectation was not that high but you failed to provide quality and efficient service on a crazily...
