Stix N Brix Pizza Cafe is an absolute gem that blends rustic charm with mouthwatering flavors! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels like a warm embrace. The rustic vibes are perfectly complemented by the casual, laid-back decor, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. We started our culinary adventure with the Mini Meatballs, and let me tell you, these little bites of heaven are worth every bit of praise. Four housemade mini meatballs drenched in a rich marinara sauce arrived at our table, and they were simply divine. Each meatball was incredibly tender, bursting with a flavor that danced on our taste buds. The marinara sauce was the perfect complement, adding a tangy depth that made every bite a delightful experience. Next up was the Pepperoni N Mushrooms pizza, which we decided for in the wood-fired style. This choice was nothing short of perfection. The pizza had a crispy, slightly charred crust that held up beautifully under the generous layers of pepperoni and mushrooms. The wood-fired cooking technique imparted a unique, smoky flavor that enhanced the freshness of the ingredients. Each slice was a harmonious blend of savory, spicy, and earthy flavors, with the pepperoni adding a delightful kick and the mushrooms providing a rich, umami undertone. The balance of textures and flavors in every bite was extraordinary—crisp, chewy, and satisfying. The wood-fired method truly made this pizza stand out, and we savored every mouthful with pure joy. Stix N Brix Pizza Cafe is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere. From the incredible mini meatballs to the exceptional wood-fired pizza, this place delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Can't wait to return and explore more...
Read moreUpdate: As seen below, winds were in-fact not over 50+ only slightly above 40 at around 5pm, just strong enough to make the dine-in experience not safe and management refuse to act upon a reasonable request.
During a 70 degrees day with 50+mph winds on March 14th 2025, owner Marco refused to close or even lower the garage door in the front of the dining room to provide a calm and comfortable dinning experience for their dine-in customers. Instead, he acknowledged IF the garage door is close or lowered the kitchen would be too hot for their staff and himself because he didn’t want to turn on the AC for his staff. He’s even mentioned the bar across the streets has outdoor seating for their customers and they are fine. I guess he didn’t realize my family didn’t want to have an outdoor typhoon dining experience when we opted to seat at an indoor dine-in pizza restaurant.
This selfish and unprofessional behavior lead to napkins flying, Wall art moving and table place card and plates flying, leaves and dust from the park across being side dishes for our pizzas. Service staff were attentive but wasn’t allow to provide services that meets the customers need all because of poor management and unprofessional behavior of the...
Read moreI’ve written a couple great reviews about this place because I love the food and vibe but today was very weird and off-putting. I did something I never do and ordered using the Square app online for pickup (it said business preferred this method). When I got there to pick-up I was told the order was cancelled. All I had on my end was an order confirmation email, so I kindly asked if they could take a photo of the app on their end saying the order was cancelled and refunded. (I never got any notifications from my bank nor my email saying the order was cancelled). The owner and the woman behind the counter got sooo bothered as if this was my fault. It was just a weird vibe and they both were low key having an attitude. And I STILL placed the order again in person, so what’s the big issue? I patron here pretty often and this was truly my first “off” experience, but nonetheless very disappointing. I enjoy coming here because of the great food AND customer service so I hope they continue to prioritize that and never forget it starts...
