One of the worst customer service experiences that I’ve had.
My partner and me went to the counter immediately after our order was called. We were at the table right next to the pick up counter . The DD worker, who is an older Latina lady, took our food right as we got to the counter and proceeded to do other things. She came back to the order pick up area and we asked for the food. That’s when she began to blatantly yell at my partner and me. She was absolutely disrespectful .
My partner has told me that she is always like this and his friend confirmed this, regarding another time they had gone to this location. She needs an attitude adjustment and to not take out her anger on people.
We also waited over 20 minutes for them to take our food order and we had no one in the line in front of us. There was a long line behind us. They were behind getting orders ready. If someone should have been upset and acting rudely, it should have been us. However, we were the most patient and courteous.
The food tasted well and was served hot.

Read moreJust left this location. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, tell me why my bacon was basically RAW. Not cooked at all. This is because they rushed my ordered trying to move fast to serve more customers. I asked for a refund and didn’t even receive an apology or offered to replace my food for FREE! This location is unprofessional and they don’t even cook their food correctly. Everyone working that shift, including the manager needs to be retrained on how to properly handle a customer asking for a refund and definitely on how to cook bacon properly. Read moreI usually visit this Dunkin’ Donuts a couple times a month and sorry to say, my visit isn’t usually pleasant because of the staff at this location. I sometimes run across staff who are always too busy to take orders since they’re on their phones, even though there are LONG lines during rush hour.
However, these last few visits have been quite a pleasure. There are two staff members (Miranda & Mario) who are always busting their butts getting the lines down. I was really impressed with how quickly I received my order and how friendly they were.
