This is a must try type of experience, excellent host and customer service. Double double is highly recommended serves 2 and is double for a reason, but if you would like your own get it. I love that me and my lovely wife can share it and if we want extra i would recommend to buy an extra pound of sprimp. There are different flavors to choose from: garlic, lemon peper, cajin, or everything, we like the everything flavor, then you have the spice level we like the second heat level no to bad for starters seafood bag was out this world 5/5. Waffle fries 5/5, jalapenio corn bread was a BIG hit 5/5 not spicy just very flavorfull. Its quality food for sure, you are getting what you pay for. There is some type of standard here that this place likes to serve, it is top notch and best of its kind from the food to service.

So in China Town. I decided to try the new spot. It is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Busy area and little to no parking. I was just in for a pick up and it is obnoxious. Restaurant was dead empty. Staff were super nice. It was packaged the same way as all Low Country. Less of a ride since I'm coming from Oak Lawn. I ordered the fried shrimp. They were jalapeño flavored with a spicy mayo base sauce. Will order again. I had a double combo to share with my son. Plenty of shrimp and crab. I added king crab and a lobster tail. The cornbread is always so delightful. It tastes like spicy cake. Potatoes and corn on the cob in the bag were so good. I ordered everything with weak sauce. This meal was perfect as usual. It is what I expect from Low Country.

Location was great, we were able to find parking right in front. It is smaller then the other locations but the inside is very nice. The staff is amazing. The hostess quickly checked us in and told us we could go walk around Chinatown and they would text us when the table was ready. The food was delicious. The everything seasoning is fabulous and I highly recommend it. The kids to the adults all enjoyed their food. My little one who doesn’t like spices enjoyed the jalapeño corn bread The hostess kept on checking on us and was so sweet she even offered to take a group picture as she saw us struggling trying to get one. Highly recommend this location for its great food and staff.

The server was absolutely disrespectful from the time we walked in the door. We were placed in a sitting area to the far right. Minutes later this new server arrived and asked that we move to a different area because the area we was originally sat in was for party’s of 6 and more. It was myself plus 2 others. When we got placed for different seatings the young lady who was sitting by her self was able to stay in the area we was originally placed in that was supposed to be for parties of 6. Nevertheless when starting to place the order the server at the counter was very nasty and unpleasant. She was rushing us basically to order our food. When ordering my food, i ordered a #7 with extra potatoes. During ordering our food we was told that majority of the items was out for the night. I also ordered a frozen margarita due to them not having ice for drinks, and no liqueurs for the other mixed drinks besides the frozen drinks. The server also messed up on giving my friend her proper change back that she had paid for. The server had to recalculate everything on her phone. Instead of giving us our receipts, she placed are receipts in the bucket and left from behind the counter as if we had pissed her off. So forth, our food was brought out to us, they gave us the dessert in place of the cornbread. Keep in mind i stated i order a frozen margarita due to them being out of everything. While waiting on the food and when the food arrived we never received our drinks. Guest of 4 came inside the facility and asked for frozen drinks as well and they drinks was brought out right away to them. She never once checked on us. But the new guest she was pleasant and checking in on there tables. We wrapped our food up to go and went back to the counter for a refund for our drinks and she basically still didn’t issue out the right full refund. In all this was my first time visiting this new spot and everything was just very disappointing. Never will i ever go to that location again. I do food reviews for fun on restaurants my followers or friends and family wants to know if they are good quality restaurants. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Hopefully the staff will be better or do better. Hopefully the store inventory employees can really monitor the things they order so they can be prepared...

This is a great restaurant if you're concerned about great tasting seafood at reasonable prices... We we came in we were greeted with a big friendly smile. We were seated & then escorted to the line whereas we were instructed to 1st wash our hands💯, then to get our drinks, utensils, napkins, etc. By the time we did that we were at the counter ordering our food. The menu was clear, precise, legible, and easy to order from. The cashier was thourough, suggestive, & even saved us money($15) by offering us what we ordered as another entree. We ordered separately, but they offer couples, family, and group combos. I really loved the offering of the choices of sauces. Sometimes when you order an entree you have to accept what it is.

Meanwhile, after ordering we went to our table, I set up our utensils. As I looked around it was just breath taking. It looks like a museum. It has all types of artifacts, that were dusted & polished. Super clean and polished. The decor was awesome. It was well lit so you could see everyone else, & your food. I can't stand to eat in dark dim places. I gotta see everyone, & my food. It had open spaces, but cozy. In less than 10 minutes our food arrived. I was overjoyed that it was in a bag😁: that the server opened for us. I can't stand when my food is uncovered breezing through the restaurant of other patrons, who may have sneezed, coughed, talking, silently flagellant, etc.🤢 Our food was exceptionally hot (heat), just the way I love it. It looked good, it smelled good, it tasted awesome! The spicy is 🔥!The side dishes were just the right touch, corn on the cob & Jalapeño cornbread. We had a lot of food to eat. I was so stuffed with shrimp and crab legs, I couldn't even look at the dessert menu. We both were able to split the leftovers as added meal for the next day. When done I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. It was decorated like a magazine, it was so clean I could've ate my food in there. I was very, very, very satisfied with this restaurant. Great service, great food, Covid precautions, & absolutely clean. This was my 1st experience eating at Lowcountry Chinatown & I am definitely going back about 89+ more times! Go experience for yourself! I recommend everyone!🤠 1 billion...

Let me start by saying I’ve been to this location before and it was a nice experience but this time I was not impressed and disappointed. Me and my friend came to eat and on arrival we were standing in the front of the restaurant waiting to be helped but no one was sent to assist us, so we decided to walk around to the back register where another customer was placing a order (another customer walked in shortly after we walked to the back and followed us to the back register because no one was in the front for assistance) and it was only then that the lady at the register started walking up to everyone in the line to see if we were dining in or doing to go after she seen us standing in the front waiting for assistance she could’ve had someone else come and direct us but I digress. Next, the food came out pretty quick but it was not as good as the other time I had their food the sauce tasted off and was hurting my stomach and I know it was the sauce because I only ate the meat out of my crab legs(I ordered the combo 2 crab legs, 2 corns, 3 potatoes and corn bread) once I started just eating the meat without dipping it in the sauce my stomach wasn’t hurting, but before that I had ate my corn and a bite of my potatoes and the sauce was not tasty it tasted like soap or it had wayy too much garlic. Usually I eat everything in my sea food boil, but I couldn’t even enjoy it because the sauce. As more people came in they had to wait a little but the lady at the back register was quick to assist or another employee would come out and I’m not sure if it’s because it was getting busy, but that needs to be better whether it’s busy or slow someone should be standing in the front or there needs to be a sign stating to walk to the back register for assistance. My friend also did not enjoy her food she said it tasted salty (the sauce) it ruined her experience she did not...
