This is an amazing place! Me and my party are hoping to eat here again before we depart. The decor is amazing! It's interesting and fun, and has a warmth to it.

The staff! Phenomenal! We had Devan, Mika And our cashier, and I didn't quite catch his name (Nakom?) they were super nice, have fantastic recommendations, and extremely personal! If we are able to go bad, I hope we get them again!

The food!!! Delicious. They have a really good selection to choose from, without being overwhelming. I got the sweet heat pork BBQ, and that was great! I added peppers, and that added a really nice spice to it! The rest of my party got an Italian sub, a meatball sub, grilled chicken and cheddar. No one has any complaints. Words like "dope" and "so good" were used frequently. Subways only wishes. And their shakes and cookies...

This Potbelly Sandwich Shop was a good eating experience.. the food is always fresh at any Potbelly Sandwich Shop I have gone to. The sandwich preparer for this location made a wonderful sandwich that was not dry and equally balanced with the ingredients.. for you sandwich lovers you understand what I mean.. some preparer leave you with a dry sandwich that is flavorless, but if all the ingredients you requested are in the right balance and spread throughout the sandwich,you will usually get a much tastier sandwich.. I had the Mushroom Melt with whole grain bread and the addition of Turkey..Yummie!! Oh, and the chocolate shakes are cold With A No Doubt taste of chocolate... they have also added a mini shake for those watching calories...prices for their tasteful sandwiches is...

Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars to this location, if possible. I called ahead with my order and was told it was an inconvenience for me to call in my order and I should place it online even though they offer call ahead. I arrived and the store was empty and paid for my order (they had trouble processing credit cards over the phone). I then sat and waited for my order. While waiting multiple new customers got in line and were moved through and checked out while my sandwich sat at the end of the toaster getting cold. Atrocious. I live in the neighborhood but will go to Lincoln Ave location from now on - never had any of these...
