On St. Patrick's Day, I ventured into Senoritas with a group of friends, eager to soak in the festive atmosphere. Our experience, however, was a mixed bag, largely shaped by the service we received from the staff.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a courteous gentleman who seated us promptly. His hospitality set a positive tone for the evening. However, our interaction with our waitress left much to be desired. Although I regret not noting her name, I did hear when this other girl would call her, I believe was Patty? she was noticeably unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. Despite the holiday rush, my group and I were merely looking to enjoy the festivities without overindulging. Unfortunately, the waitress seemed agitated and unaccommodating, even informing us that they had run out of mix for micheladas. Her demeanor, coupled with her constant complaints as she shuffled back and forth, detracted from our overall enjoyment of the evening.
Disappointed by our dining experience, we decided to head to the bar for a change of scenery. There, we encountered a younger bartender with a welcoming demeanor and efficient service. Sporting stylish hoop earrings, she swiftly attended to our needs, restoring our faith in the establishment. In hindsight, we wished we had opted to sit at the bar from the outset.
In summary, while senoritas offer a lively atmosphere for St. Patrick's Day celebrations, the quality of service can vary greatly depending on where you choose to sit. For a more enjoyable experience, I recommend opting for the bar area and being served by the younger bartender, whose professionalism and friendliness were a refreshing contrast to the lackluster service we...
Read moreOur server had a huge attitude from the second we walked in and she wasn't very attentive. We are not needy people so we do not need our server by us the whole time we are there but she just had an attitude every time we asked her for something. And then at one point she was complaining to us that she was going to have a lousy day because the speakers went out so she couldn't listen to music. I thought that was a very odd thing to be mad at. It was super overpriced. There was four of us and two of us just got 2 two taco dinners and I drink water and my friend had a soda and the other two had quesadillas and two margaritas and it was $99. it's not even the point about the money it's the point about how our server treated us. If you do not like to work with people being a waitress is the worst job you that you can have LOL cuz you legit have to work with people. I doubt I would ever go back there but I guess it was an experience Side note she was able to find a huge speaker and put it directly next to our table where is it was extremely loud. Also we had mentioned to her we were glad that the music wasn't playing because we were down there to enjoy dinner and conversation but she insisted on finding music. She wasn't a very nice person she did not care about her customers at all and we generously tipped her even after all that
I also forgot to mention that we were the only people in this restaurant the whole time we were there so there was no reason for our waitress to be more attentive to us and nicer and not so worried about...
Read moreFood was under seasoned and as far as drinks they were out of every non-alcoholic drink we tried ordering.
Service was terrible. Restaurant was empty yet the servers took forever to come to our table. We ordered additional drinks and they forgot to bring them. It took forever for someone to stop by our table again for me to ask about the additional drinks we had ordered. The food took almost an hour to finally come out. Waitresses kept disappearing who knows where.
Atmosphere was meh as far as ambiance. The decor is ok but there was no AC so we were all sweating like we were sitting inside a sauna.
To add insult to injury they add a 20% service fee for all groups with 4+ people (including kids). There's an 0.25% fee called McPier that we couldn't figure out what it was for. And they charge a 3% credit card fee on top of everything else. When I asked about it they said it was listed on the menu which is accessed through a QR code on your phone, so it makes it very easy to overlook or miss the additional fees they plan to hit you with because it's crammed on a small screen.
Given the shitty service and food it's no surprise they force a 20% service fee on your bill since they're likely not getting any tips from customers.
If I could give it 0...
