I visited 07/01/21-one day after the grand opening. I went around 3:00pm to avoid a possible lunch rush or dinner rush. My server was Elizabeth and my order was take-out.

  1. The usual hiccups that new restaurants may encounter were not experienced here. My server/cashier was very friendly-double and triple checking my order/requests. The wait time was not long. The prices of the menu items are not bad and the portions are great as well. As the place is new, I ordered 4 things to get an overall feel for the restaurant-soup, appetizer, main, and dessert. I did not even consume 1/2 of what I ordered. So, plenty of leftovers. There is street parking. However, if you are on public transportation, the east bound #35 bus stops right in front of the restaurant.

  2. Avgolemono: I usually buy the " It's Greek to Me" canned soup. On the can it says " Just like Yia Yia made". G.P.'s soup definitely tasted closer to what a grandmother would make.

  3. Mike's Famous Gyrolls: A nice Greek take on a traditional Asian eggroll. I was actually surprised when I received the order. I wondered why such a big container was used for 3 egg rolls. Effort was actually put into the presentation of this appetizer. The dipping sauce was very fresh.

  4. Pork bowl: The Pork was very tender and the rice very fluffy. Very flavorful.

  5. Boutgatsa: I chose to not have my server heat up the pastry as I knew I would not be consuming it right away. A really nice dessert.

It is baseball season. Instead of the usual hotdogs and fries, definitely check out Greek Prime before or...

First time ordering from uber eats after hearing how great the food was…. Received my food and there is some sort of hair or fur all over the container and on the outside of the bag. I called the restaurant to let them know my experience and spoke to a girl (Sabrine )who cut me off while trying to explain what I received with my salad .

She told me that it’s not true because SHE checks all orders and it had to be the uber driver .. That would be understandable if the hair that was found was Just on the outside of the bag but since it was all over the container between the part that is closed and sticking out of the container I find that a lil hard to believe. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said she is the manager..Find that hard to believe too as her people skills are worst than someone suffering from cognitive impairment. I called back and asked to speak to Mikey directly and she said you were not there so I asked to speak to the person in charge when you are away . She asked for my name and number and the reason . My name and number was provided as well as the reason and I assume you will be calling me when you are available to do so. I am a reasonable person Mikey…and totally understand that things happen even in food service…..But the disrespectful individual you have as the face, and voice speaking directly to your customers that love YOUR FOOD should be reconsidered.

*Update *

Thank you Mike for speaking with me I truly appreciate you and Cassandra for your customer service and also...

I went here with my family, to celebrate my lil brother birthday. Omg when I say, this place is one of a kind.

I wish I could give this place 20 stars, when you walk in the lady at the front was smiling and very welcoming. The workers were exceptional, they were very nice and they kept coming back to the table to make sure we were ok and we had everything. I came in late and they came to the table right away. My niece needed to be change, they didn’t have a changing table, but the worker made a way for her to be changed. Thank you so much

Let’s not start with the prices, the prices are amazing , very affordable. I love it , and they have happy hour , baby y’all gotta come here.

Last but not least , the food omg. The food had so much flavor, it was fresh and it was more than enough food. I had the prime chicken gyro, omg it had onions and mozzarella cheese , good lawwd it was so good. Thank you guys so much , for the great service, an amazing atmosphere and such good food. I cannot wait to come back and patronize with you guys. And as you can see they were closing , we were the last ones, they did not rush us, they didn’t make us leave , they were so patient with us. And the lady held the door as we were going out, with the baby’s. Thank you guys so so much 💕I...

My goodness! First time is the best impression I always say with food. When I say so flavorful, every bite, literally finger licking good. I am a big foodie and tend to always eat the same stuff in the Bridgeport neighborhood but i wanted something different. Might I say I was highly satisfied. I even stopped by the bar and got a drink. I walked in and asked the owner Mike, “what’s the best thing you got”, he pointed me towards the Grecian chicken. I even tried the lamb chops, I’m so sad I had to share with the family. Super tender, grilled perfectly. So many times I’ve went to places and asked for medium meat and it was a disaster but this place knew their stuff. The lemon sauce on the chicken and lamb, I could’ve drank the stuff, hands down very good…….and they sell breakfast…..I’m so excited…..please open a location in Indiana they need you there!!!! Update: Went in to visit today and once again I’m pleased. Ribeye steak was the choice. I’m in love
