Last night was my second time eating at a Jack's and it was even worse than the first time which was last Saturday. Saturday our food was wrong but at least it was hot and fresh and the staff wasn't as rude about getting the order wrong. Saturday I ordered two big Jack's meal add bacon, one with only mayo, the other all the way no ketchup, both bugers was dripping with only mayo and ketchup the wrappers were wet, I took them back and offered the food bavk, the cashier took my receipt, and stated she couldn't take the food back, but replaced the bugers. my pregnant daughter took me there last night and I ordered four of the double bacon cheeseburger s that are two for six, two with only mayo and two with no ketchup, four regular, I checked the food and once again, the two with no ketchup once again had ketchup, we went back to the drive thru before we left the parking lot and told them that we just came through, and two of our burgers are wrong, the person on drive thru rudely told us to just up around. Please keep in mind this only my second time eating at Jack's ever, we got back to the window and there were three or four girls waiting and rudely stated that we don't put ketchup on our bugers! So my daughter open the burgers and raised the bun to show them, the one girl that has long blonde hair was hateful as could be and said that's signature sauce, turned around and told everyone standing around it's signature sauce, rolled her eyes hatefully said that she would remake them anyway, I said I didn't know you had a signature sauce, and maybe someone could have told me that it wasn't ketchup when I ordered it with no ketchup, or could have nicely told me when I brought it back instead of being hateful and treating me like I'm stupid, then the girl came back to the window ask for the burgers back and salmed them in the trash with is fine that she ask for them bavk, but there was no call for the way she threw them away! She was so rude to us and acted so badly that we didn't even eat the burgers that were replaced out of fear of them doing something to them, so I had to go get me and daughter food from somewhere else, the other six burgers were cold and dry the people eating them had to heat them up and they said it didn't make them any better. So I have the two burger that was replaced because I was not taking a chance of eating food that was contaminated, the the way we we're treated by your staff, we wasn't rude to them and there no excuse for the way they they treated us at all, as I said we wasn't rude and I really do apologize for not knowing that you have a signature sauce because we have only ate there one other time, but there was no reason to make us feel stupid about it. Read moreHad an issue ordering online or thru app it told me to call store to place order. I called store, they would not honor my coupons that the app had given me. I was able to place the online order only after removing my coupons. I placed the order. Went to pick up they tell me they have no chicken patties for sandwiches. Went in to get refund since they had no chicken at a chicken place. LOL 1st associate I approached said she was getting manager...associate asked 1st manager if she could help me. She said no and exited store through side door. Associate proceeds to get other manager. Manager tells me she can not refund my money. So at this point they have my money and I have no food. Manager then starts cussing and talking about me and my situation to another employee who is death staring me. After being there for 1/2 HR at this point attempting to get refund and phone number of GM or corporate. Cook at the time finally approaches me with a much kinder and professional attitude to see what he can do to sub my sandwich. All to find out he says do you want me to put grilled tenders instead of filet on sandwich, I had to do that with the fried sandwich. WHY DID THEY REPLACE THE FRIED WITH TENDERS AND NOT THE GRILLED FROM THE GET GO!!! If they did not happen to have our food that we ordered a phone call for substitutions would have been nice. Ordered at 3:19pm finally left with food at 4:20pm. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS HELP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. This saddens me since this was one of my favorite go to spots. Read moreOrdered a deluxe breakfast w sausage and a smoked sausage biscuit. The good: the service was lightning fast. I'd heard it could be slow so was surprised. The gravy was on point. Lots of flavor sausage bits .. creamy and hot. The grits were hot and buttery. The biscuit was fresh tasting and buttery. The bad : they didnt ask if I wanted a drink. Probably could have unsold me. I want a drink now. Also no condiments were offered or given. Sugar would been nice for grits. Lil.pepper for the eggs as they were very meh. The ugly: the hash browns. The amount was great but they just aren't very good. They taste stale and have a texture like they were cooked then microwaved later. Not a fan. Rhe smoked sausage biscuit was also lacking. The mix of the sausage and bisquit wasnt a good match. Something was off. And it could have done w some mustard or something.The sound quality on the drive through was also not great.
