love this place we get gas & snacks here, the coke is adjusted balanced (coke syrup & carbonation)just right, ice is good too, love the beefy hot dogs meal deal, (hotdog or any grilled item, with chips & drink), are real good sometimes get ketchup & mustard or chili & cheese sauces, the service clerks are friendly, helpful, last visit I got nachos with chili & cheese sauces. my only suggestion is find another way to dispense the chili & cheese sauces, instead the machines the now use are hard to aim just right where u want place the sauces end up making messes, instead put them in a hot side of condiment table with little scoops like the cold condiments will allow applying condiments right places, way, less messy to food items. thank u folks at the 4th street/ hywy 81....

Employee Harley, very rude and beligerant..I'm 50 yrs old and brought my 19 yr old daughter in, couldn't buy cigarettes for myself because they were afraid I was buying them for my child🤣..said it was a Casey's policy..They also didn't have spoons for another customer..I left without cigarettes, a tank of gas, and drinks and snacks for our road trip back to Tulsa..I called and spoke with the manager today, now I get why Harley doesn't give a rats behind about Casey's customers, because her boss doesn't..I worked for Conoco for 3 yrs..I have never heard of a grown adult being unable to purchase tobacco because they brought their child in with them..And the customer service at this store is completely lacking, from management down..Casey's corporate please deal with...

On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, I went online and ordered a pizza and sandwich around 1:30 pm. My order was confirmed so I headed over to fuel up and pick up my order. Not only were the fuel pumps all closed, when I got inside to pick up my order, I was told they didn't have my order. Then someone came over and said the printers were not working. As this was happening, another customer could not find and large cup lids. This store is new but something or someone is not taking care of business. I did notice up to six employees in varying stages of activity but none seemed to be in charge. Obviously, I was not impressed with these events and I hope this is not standard operations for a business that has several...
