If I could rate this zero stars I would. First off, all of the food was ICE COLD. And honestly tasted freezer burnt. Subpar food that is more expensive than its competitors prices. Was very disappointed. There was only 3 tiny chicken chunks in my chicken taco salad, the beans were so watery that it made the bowl mush, even after opening it as soon as it got in the car. The drinks tasted like an overturned lake, and I had to re-drive through for them to fix my order. Taco mayo, you had two opportunities to give me at the very LEAST, hot food, and you failed twice. This was our first time at this Taco Mayo. We had been working and wanted to wash our hands and grab something quick. When I went to order, I was a little taken back. You can see the kitchen/cooking/prep area when your at the counter ordering. Which is fairly common. However, this was a mess. And not your typical lunch rush mess. It looked dirty. The bathrooms also could've looked better. The men's had no soap or paper towels. The women's paper towels didn't want to come out. I remember having this in Hugo, Oklahoma back over a decade ago. I wasn't that impressed with it then. I went on ahead and decided to try it again. The Taco meat is much different, it tastes zesty and tangy. But it is good overall. I'm annoyed this Taco chain added a "Indian Taco" to spice up their Tuesday special as the indigenous continue to be exploited.
