They always have what I'm looking for! And their staff is always willing to help. I adopted a 6 month old Aussie from an adoption fair (help by our local rescue Friends Fur Change) and since then, Petsense staff has been on top of all of my questions about what would be best for her! I now use Samantha as her groomer and my Nova LOVES Sam! I went in today wanting to change her dog food and Samantha saw me staring at the dog food wall for a while. She came up and asked was looking for. I explained that I was switching Nova's food and that she has chicken and grain allergies. Samantha took me to several brands that were grain free & had fish recipes since the high protein of fish recipes would be great for Nova's long coat! As I was reaching for the largest bag, Samantha suggested I buy a small bag to try until I find one Nova likes! I hadn't even thought of trying small bags before committing to a large one! She saved me a lot of money and made sure I (and my pup) had the best experience possible! Hopefully Nova likes this brand. But if not, I will be back to try another! Thank you Petsense...

Looked at prices online made a list and gave a friend exactly the amount of cash needed to purchase the items(i was working until after they closed) I got home and only had about half of the Items on my list because the internet price is less than in store and I'm talking a huge difference. No where online did it mention anything about that also in store it didnt mention anywhere that there is a price difference. So I can place my order and pay online and it would have been the amount I originally intended to pay or I can go in the store that same day purchase the exact same items and pay about $60 more. Update: Stopped by here for the first time in 3 years. That same damn smoke alarm is chirping in there. Seriously. Very nice employees, poor management. The same smoke alarm has been beeping (ie low battery alarm, hello fire marshal?) for at least a year. There is the most loud obnoxious ding dong that goes off when you open the front door, my dog jumps every time he hears it. They are constantly out of stock. It is the only place in chickasha that sells such a wide variety of quality foods. It's a struggle, but...
