Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chickasha

Decided to go by around midnight and I ordered the chalupa box. The only thing that was right was the cinnamon twists. I asked for no lettuce on both the taco and chalupa along with no sour cream on the chalupa. I also ordered a five layer burrito with no sour cream. It too had sour cream anyway. I usually don’t get this worked up about errors because accidents do happen. But when the guy taking orders ask if everything on the screen is correct and you look and see that it is and when your receipt shows the way you ordered it too, it makes me pretty mad. Because that’s not an accident. It’s ignorance because they can not read or just don’t care to read. If I was able to consume sour cream it wouldn’t be this big of a thing. But when you take a bite of your burrito and nearly puke, something is wrong. Luckily I didn’t consume enough to cause an allergic reaction. This place is a joke, first prices greatly increased recently, ok. Well what really angered me is after I paid over ten dollars for first time in my life for number 6, they refused to give me my change . Thry said it was only four cents, well I’m sorry if that doesn’t sound like much but that doesn’t mean Taco Bell is entitled to it. I’m not going to argue with them about why I deserve my change, I just refuse to go back I’m already boycotting Taco Bell in Blanchard for shorting people on meat and havnt been back in 2 years, looks like I will have to boycott this one too. Not only did they refuse to give my chsnge and argued about it when I asked for it, their was also hair in my food, and my soda was out of syrup and like clear ( it was dr. We arrived at 9 after playing ball, hoping to get a quick bite to eat. We ordered thru the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. After about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to ask for cups so we could at least get our drinks. The guy who I assume was the manager apologized for the wait and "explained" that they were short staffed, they had a no call no show, it was a crazy day, and that he was about over it and couldn't wait to go home. There was one guy and one girl actually working. The "manager" was too busy walking around and complaining. Oh! When his buddy came in, he started tossing cups back and forth with him. My husband almost got up to say something but didn't think it was worth it. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food, and there was only one dine in order ahead of us.
