Los Betos Taqueria taco truck — Restaurant in Chico

Tucked away on a little chunk of land on Fair St., you'll find this GEM of a Taco truck. As usual, I arrived at 1:15pm on a Taco Tuesday to find it busy, but not crowded. I ordered the usual for all my reviews...4 beef tacos and 4 chicken tacos, at $1.50 each. I stood to the side, and started taking the photos to add with this review. I had only been waiting 5 minutes, max, when my order was called out. I was startled it took so little time, and I was trepadicious about the quality. I was WRONG!! As pictured, the tacos had crispness to the shells that made it worthwhile, the meat was extremely plentiful and juicy, onions and cilantro for the whole Taco, AND grilled onions to go with the lemon and radishes. I ordered spicy, and wasn't disappointed in the flavor. The juice from the meat dripped onto the plate and other tacos, and for a split-second... it looked like Birria! I was actually smiling as I ate...I had found another truck that truly belonged in the Top 5 in town! It made a repeat customer out of me for other items at another time, but for you...please try it, you won't be...

It would be insulting to not take time out of my day to write a review on the hands down best street taco I've probably ever had in my newly 40 years of life, like my barber and future person are the only things I would not cheat on when you know you know right, well welcome to that family my now and one only place for street tacos, idk what or how they knew to create this symphony of flavor but this is theAdagio for strings Samuel barber of symphonies, I think the reader reading this hear me but u aint listening, I don't think I need to educate some more fine symphonies to explain the level of greatness achieved at the street taco game.
