It's really cool place. I have 2 kids. We went for the Toddler Time special. It cost us 20$ even for the 4 of us (my kids, me & my husband) u pay only for each child who is to jump.
And each person who is to be on the trampolines has to wear special socks which are 3$ ea but a one time purchase & u reuse them should u return. It was a pretty good deal.
There's several different activity areas. Dodge ball, basketball dunking, beam fighting thingy (idk wut it's called but two ppl stand on a narrow beam or ledge/wall & have a giant soft but heavy beating stick poll thing & has to try & knock the other person off the beam to where they fall into a giant air bag. It's like landing on a cloud lol.) There's other areas just for exercise aerobic & parcor type stuf, as well as smaller parcor areas just for littles complete with little toy animals they can bounce on too.
The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is bc during Toddler Time the adults aren't allowed to jump. Which I kinda get. It's "Toddler Time" (which their designated age range is 2-6 yrs old btw) after all & in the advertising they clearly state it's for the kids. But wen we get there the girl at the counter asked if we ben there before we sed no. And so she gave us a quick run thru. And sed, "it's for the kids & so the adults aren't allowed to jump, don't want anyone getting hurt u know... So are both adults gonna need socks or? So u can be on the trampoline to be with them follow them around & stuff." It just seemed like..idk... But I think that the adults should be allowed to jump too. I mean, they're there with their own kids. Not like we're gonna get all crazy. And besides, upon entering we're already made to sign a wavier or we're not even allowed to jump at all. So why the hell can't we jump with our own kids?? My 5 yr old was sitting at my husbands feet & my husband began lightly bouncing him barely a couple inches high, barely. And my husband didn't even really have to jump to do it cuz there trampolines r so springy lol. But that's something he does with him at home on our own trampoline all the time except he bounces him a couple feet off the trampoline. And wen he did this, was bouncing my 5 yr old a couple inches off the trampoline, one of the Trampoline Police or Guard idk wut they're called Referee? Idk lol. But someone came over & told him to stop that he couldn't do that. Like really??? That's stupid.
But other than that, it's a...
ย ย ย Read moreThe WORST place to have a birthday party! I completely regret spending my money on this place!!!
First off, I called to book my party twice because there was a confusion with trying to book online. I was told I would get a confirmation email of my party details and I never did so thankfully I called them to confirm and they had my party booked at the wrong time. I get it mistakes happen and I am not upset about that but we went over the party details in depth and my daughter was super excited for the party considering we have been to a place similar to this in the past and we knew it would be a fun idea. When we arrived for my daughters party we were not greeted at all, I had to find an employee and ask what to do and where to go. We had then went into the room and set up and I was not expecting the rooms to be decorated because I had already asked about that over the phone but my goodness the room was a let down! The "party room" that you pay extra for consists of a very poor paint job, a happy birthday sticker on the wall and picnic benches. They were definitely NOT what you see in the pictures they advertise! Also their version of providing plates, napkins & silverware were the cheapest you could get! If I am paying $200 for a party I at least expect a paper plate that can hold a slice of cake. Our party host was not friendly at all! She stayed behind a computer or chatting with other co-workers the ENTIRE TIME. Not once were we asked if we needed any help or how things were going. They did not help cut/serve cake and ice cream (like we were told they would) and they did not come in periodically to check on us, especially after eating pizza, to help clear off the tables and give us new plates for cake and ice cream to follow. Our host was not friendly, nice, smiling etc. She was flat out rude near the end of the party to the point where we cleaned up after ourselves afterwards and I went back into the party room where she was at to tell her "thank you" and I got a rude "Mhm" in return. Any time we needed anything WE had to hunt down someone to help us. I thought the point of paying for a party room was to have a "hassle free" party. To top it all off it was EXTREMELY HOT inside there! They could have warned me that they do not have A/C on a day where it is 105. Also another reason I booked this place because we were trying to beat the heat. Extremely disappointed in this place and will...

I purchased tickets for my daughters birthday online for the "830" slot for a one hour jump for my 2 children. They were so excited about coming here they have been once for a party and love it. When we got to the building for our slotted jump time we were told "oh you guys have about 30 min to jump" I showed the main person behind the counter Ronnie our prepaid print out receipt and he said they had been having issues with the online app and they close at 9 so he wasnt sure why I was able to buy a one hour jump ticket starting at 830. I told him online they had slots all the way up to 930 for one hour slots. He said again he was very sorry for the confusion. At this point I was boiling and I'm sure my frustration was showing on my face. For one it's totally asinine the idea I was able to purchase a one hour jump 30 min prior to closing and two it was my daughters birthday and she was going to be so bummed. Well the amazing customer service kicked in and he allowed the kids to start jumping, he refunded us my jump money back for both kids and he even gave us 2 free passes for the kids to come back and jump again for free. His impeccable custom service was a game changer. He didnt have to do any of these things to rectify the issues we encountered but he stepped up and really took care of a crummy situation! He even announced over head a birthday announcement from the staff to my daughter who was celebrating and all the staff randomly stopped her to wish her a happy birthday with high fives and all! I would rate the online purchase app poorly and say your best bet is just to walk in and buy jump passes. Again I'm so thankful for Ronnie and the staff for making our night...
