DETAILED!!
This was our first time here and not a great experience.
The food is decent, service is well not the best. We came in for there all you can eat
Price is decent but the wait can be a little ridiculous. While there they had around 50-60 customers inside. The problem with the all you can eat is where you sit. They try to have 2 people on the floor walking around asking if you want the pizza they have out at the time in this case they had these pizzas at the time we were there (this is a list of all pizzas that came out while there)
*Chicken and pineapple with barbecue sauce *Hawaiian *Pickle and artichoke *Bacon and chicken with ranch *Cheese *Pepperoni and olive *Pepperoni *vegetarian a half and half. Half with tomatoes half without *another vegi pizza (strong smell of peppers) *chicken/onion with barbecue *sausage and pepperoni *sausage and onion *half cheese/ half Hawaiian
The problem was that most of the time there was only one person walking around and depending on where you sat by the time they got to you there wasn’t any pizza left. So you waited again. When they brought out another pizza they would start on the same side of the restaurant and again you wouldn’t get anything because they would run out. The times you could get something was when it came to a pizza that wasn’t very popular. At one point they had people waiting for around 15 minutes just to come back around with food.
The waitress that came around (blonde white girl with red shirt and a heart headband) was nice she did what she could but she was the main one walking around trying to get the pizza out to people
The other a light Mexican mixed girl wearing a black shirt stayed behind the counter a majority of the time but did come out a few times to help try to get some pizza around.
The look of the place is alittle drab especially on the left side of the restaurant. It needs some decoration. Lighting is decent. Carpet is ok. The booths were ok but not for long periods and same thing with the regular chairs and benches. They have 2 TVs and a few games. But overall not bad I’ve seen and been to worse
Pros- decent price, ok food, good selection with salad bar, and sports on the tv
Cons- very slow service depending on where you sit, some of the pizza selections are kind of iffy for a all you can eat,
Suggestions for owner/management Have more staff when it comes to all you can eat The pizzas that are more popular make more than one so everyone has a chance to get. Some places have a actual bar for all you can eat that they put 3-5 different pizzas out and the customers pickup the food themselves just like they would for the salad bar. I do like that they have a server for the pizza is does keep other people from touching the food by accident. But it slows down the process a lot If you keep it the way it is when you have only one person serving the pizza have them rotate the sides they serve more often not go to the side that has the most...
Read moreFirst of all my family and I have LOVED mountain mikes pizza for years! The one star, is strictly for the customer service and management. My family and I ordered a large pizza the other night, and it took nearly 2 hours to deliver. We called within the two hours and checked in, they said that they were almost there, and we worried it’d be cold when it arrived. They told us to call them if that were the case and they’d offer a refund or a redelivery. Low and behold, once the pizza got here it was cold. The gentlemen who delivered our pizza was very nice and had great customer service, and apologized for the wait. Once we realized our pizza was cold, we called them, like they told us to, and a different gentlemen we spoke to, who was supposedly “the manager” was horribly rude to my family. He was very short and flippant, and said “well we just don’t give out free pizzas”. This man assumed we were just a bunch of lousy customers looking to get a free meal when that’s not at all the case. We calmly asked for his name so we knew who we were talking to, and he refused to give it to us. When we were calmly trying to work it out, to find a middle ground, he kept talking over us, and getting frustrated, and when we said “can you please not talk over me”, he said “I don’t have time for this”, and hung up on us. I almost believe that this guy isn’t really the manager, and that maybe he was a long time employee that the managers “trusted”, because we really couldn’t believe the way he was acting. He did however offer to send us another pizza, but because we had waited two hours, we had to run an errand to get meds for my dad, who by the way has stage IV cancer, therefor we HAD to leave. Maybe we would’ve told him that, if he’d had given us a chance and not hung up on us. Because of the management, unfortunately we won’t be eating there anymore. We’re not the kind of family who acts entitled, as some of us DO work in food service. So please believe and trust what our experience was like the...
Read moreI would give no stars if I could. Not happy at al.. ordered a pizza. When the driver got here he said he had to slam on the breaks, and said he tried to rearrange the pizza back to shape. 1. Disgusting touching my food in your car. Hands obviously aren't clean 2. A bunch of the slices had no toppings (could clearly tell toppings were picked back up and put back on) disgusting 3. A slice was missing. Also brought the wrong size ranch. I called to have the issue resolved and the manager I spoke to was extremely rude and was laughing. I explained my child has a very serious heart condition and cleanliness IA extremely important to us. He said and I quote "what do you want me to do about it"? And laughed again. We're long time customers and spend a lot of money there. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! Threw the whole pizza away. $70 gone. I'm...
