Snow Man Ramen — Restaurant in Chico

LOVED this place! Plenty of seating, easy parking, good came out in less than 10 minutes, hell probably closer to 5 minutes. The bowl of Ramen was huge! They load it up and the broth is fantastic.

I got the spicy ramen bowl with pork belly, and added extra pork belly, for $2.95! That's a freakin steal! They doubled the portion and i had about 5oz of pork belly in my bowl, it was truly epic! And the pork belly was soft and tender and jiggly and melted in your mouth, the bowl had corn and an egg and all the other fixins it was absolutely amazing!

My brother got the Spicy Udon with mostly all the same things I had, only he got extra chicken, i prefer the Ramen but he loves the thick noodles cuz it's easier to get with the chopsticks lol

We also got the pot stickers and they were crispy on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside, they were a good starter, but the bowl was the star!

Service is fast and friendly! Seems like a mom and pop shop, and they are working hard providing a great product. My daughter and I ordered tonkatsu ramen and cream cheese wontons. The wontons aren't put together until they are ordered and you can taste how fresh and clean they are. The ramen was rich and there was a really decent amount of pork belly served with it. We took it to go and they keep the broth and ramen stuff in separate containers as to not make the ramen noodles too soft. Portions are super big and my daughter couldn't finish hers because there was so much. I wasn't able to eat mine for a few hours after we got home, but it held up quite well and was still very delicious. Will definitely be back. I want to try their...

UNREAL I LOVE IT!! I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was FANTASTIC. super authentic. I used to live in a major city so we had quite a few really awesome ramen spots. People here really seem to hype up “Momona” and when I went it was very much Americanized so wasn’t a fan. I am beyond happy I found this place as ramen is one of my favorite Japanese dishes besides sushi! Kind of stumbled upon because was going for a bowl of pho next door but it was closed.
