Lucky Strike Restaurant — Restaurant in Chicopee

I do not get these reviews at all. The atmosphere is dated, tired and worn. The waitress was very nice, but I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and asked what came on it. When she said mayo I said I didn’t want that. I subbed onion rings for the fries. She brought out my plate with fries on it. She took it back and came back with onion rings on it in about 30 seconds - she must have just dumped the fries and tossed on the onion rings which isn’t a big deal but it didn’t make me feel like anything here is very fresh or made to order. I went to put mustard on the sandwich and it was covered in mayo on top AND on the bottom of the chicken. At that point I just decided to wipe off as much as I could because I didn’t want to deal with asking for another correction. My family members had burgers and they were fine. Nothing exciting, but good. Their needed salt/ketchup because they were unsalted which is fine if you prefer that. It’s a few hours later now and I have a horribly upset stomach and it had to be this meal because all I had for lunch was a super pretzel and a cookie. Nothing that would upset my stomach this badly. This place was recommended by my hotel, but I would never go here again. Life’s too short to eat mediocre food in a mediocre environment. I regret...

Visited on Sunday morning for breakfast. My son had the Hamburg special with eggs. He requested the Hamburg be cooked medium and received it rare. That being said, as server Simone walked by I asked her if she could please have the grill cook it longer ...her reply was i’m not your server...my reply was can you take it back anyway? She wasn’t pleased about it at all. When I was a GM for a restaurant chain this was unacceptable! I expected my team to work together as a team and always respect a customer request. We frequent Lucky’s often and I ask NOT to be seated in her section when she’s on duty. On a good note the 5 Stars represents the quality and quantity of the food and the service we receive from the servers. Kudos to the following servers... Victoria, Ashley, Connor, Danielle, Rachel Joan, Theresa, Karen and Robin. They deliver excellent customer...

Good family owned restraunt, with good old time type of homade food, good portion, good prices, and value, I have not been here in the last few years and it looks like they did cut the menu way down unless it is just me? ( but it seems like they had a lot larger menu a few years back with a lot more selection) but still the same great food, with a typical older crowd, I try to get over here more often, but I work late and this place closes real early ( like 8pm I think) but this is the kind of place perfect to bring mom, and every time I come here reminds me of my mom and dad. And the kind of places they use to like. And brings back a lot of memories to me and I like bringing my 6 year old daughter here now to make some memories of her own, Some day you may not see places like this...
