Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Chicopee

My parents just ordered a #13 and they had the worst grinders they ever had in their life. One grinder was a cheeseburger grinder, to which it is completely inedible. The bread was burned so bad that the grinder almost required the strength of a vice grip to break through it. To say the meat was mostly composed of griddle would be a severe understatement, and whatever was not griddle was very charred hamburger. My father ordered a Pepperoni grinder, to which he said the pepperoni in it definitely did not taste like pepperoni. When I asked him to describe it further, but just spit it out, threw the entire grinder in the trash, and walked out of the room. I split my father's french fries with him, and they are extremely bland. Usually, one would be able to somewhat taste the oil that the fries were deep-fried in; it tasted like I was eating boiled potatoes.

Another issue, none-food related, is that the drivers for Brother's Pizza seem to disregard traffic when returning to the pizzeria. I, personally saw, on numerous occasions, a Brother's driver speed down McKinstry Ave with no regard to on-coming traffic (some of which cutting off all traffic/merging traffic from Dale/Gratton/McKinstry) and almost plowing into patron's cars parked in front of the convenience store (right next to Brother's Pizza). The drivers also, often times, ignore my "Please call me when you are hear" note; so that they trigger my dog's suspicion and rage every-time they ring my doorbell/bang on my door.

This used to be my family/my go-to pizza/grinder place, but that ends today. If I could give ZERO...

When you call and order a grinder saying "I would like a large turkey grinder with just bacon lettuce, pickles, oil&vinegar and thats it...." You would expect a very simple grinder to be made, especially when they charge $13.50..!!!!!! BUT NOPE, drove 15 minutes home to find out they added cheese because they felt like it. When I called to let them know and ask them to remake it, the rude girl on the phone, the exact girl who took my original order and asked me to hold on so she could write down exactly how I wanted it (30+ seconds of silence mind you), answers again and said its my fault because I didn't specify that I didn't want Cheese..? The stupidity behind something so simple blows my mind. I work in retail and the customer is always right. Even when u feel they're wrong, you bite the bullet, you apologize and rectify the situation asap, with no questions asked..! It's a damn shame they hired someone with such poor customer service skills (and not to mention, a little rude Chip on her shoulder) and in return makes "Brothers...

I ordered a small bianca with wings, half bbq half mild. I asked the woman at the register if they had a bianca and what came in it and she made a guess to the best of her knowledge. Not every pizza spot makes a Bianca the same way. I was a little unsure about how it would turn out because she didn’t seem to be sure of what I was asking. BUUUTTT when I arrived home, I opened the box and a beautiful little pizza sat in front of me. With the perfect toppings some of which included tomato and feta. The wings were perfectly crisp and sauce was plentiful. Only thing I would say is please give a girl plenty of blue cheese for 10pc wings 🤣 Also, the crust on that pizza was AMAZING I didn’t even wanna share with my dog!
