McDonald's — Restaurant in Chicopee

The food was better than the previous one I stopped at.. NOT cold, n i couldn't stop til I devoured it ALL! I wasn't very happy about the boy behind the register. He almost seemed annoyed as he took my basic simple order. He didn't give me a total, just stared at me waiting for my money until I asked, is this my total? I got a quick "yea" from him and not a peep as I thanked him and wished him a good night! He wasn't outwardly rude, it was just the lack of words or smile that felt quite rude and disrespectful. As for the atmosphere, I've seen inside this place many times b4, and have NEVER seen it so messy. Tables all dirty with sticky dried up food and soda on at least 3 tables. A small amount of trash left on couple of them. It's a shame because it's one location with a fancier interiors than others. I believe it was just the staff on that day and shift.. Only time will tell now. I want to revisit JUST to see if it's always like this now, or NOT. If so I recommend drive thru instead! Food was great so im not ready to write it off entirely! P.s. of COARSE no ice cream or milk shakes on that visit. It's not right for me to assume they just didn't want to BOTHER with the machines, but I can't help but think that on this particular shift. If I could leave negative Stars I absolutely would. I couldn't tell you how the food or the atmosphere was because the service was so bad I left without getting my food. I tried to place an order for two McDoubles with no cheese and only pickles so that I could get the two for $3.99 deal. The person working the window told me I didn't need to specify no cheese and refused to place the order of the way I had asked and then argued with me for 2 minutes that I didn't need to specify no cheese and that she would not actually put it in to the order the way I asked her to until finally I left. First of all let me just say they don't let you finish an order before they interrupt you. They never give you a receipt strangely the receipt machine is always down.
