Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chiefland

Ordered and had delivered to my home. Took over an hour after they told me 30 minutes. Pizza was cold and did not cook longer like I asked. It took 2 hours on the phone and turned out to be a call center due to phones being cut at the store by construction crew. So I had to drive to the store to return my pizza. I had to demand my refund and remake my pizza. The manager tried to tell me she couldnt cook my pizza longer cuz the oven was full. I use to work in a pizza place i know there is more than 1 way to cook longer. The cook wasn't wearing gloves nor was the guy cutting the pizzas until someone came out and told them to put some on but the cook was the only 1 that did. I work in fast food so I know the guidelines for covid as well. I will NEVER be returning or using the delivery service again. Now I know why I quit eating...

I realize the store just opened last week but I WOULD expect the staff to be thoroughly trained and ready to take care of customers without being trained on the job. I ordered online and pre-paid. When I arrived to get my order, I was asked to wait while they messed with the registers/computers and got "on the job training" while customers waited. After 10 min (my order was ready when I arrived), I advised the lady at the register I was there to pick up my order. She pulled up my order and told me the price. I told her I had already paid and it then took another 2-3 min for her to verify that. Finally, I got my food and it was COLD! The food was good and I got a great pizza deal. I have no complaints about the actual food or service. However, the new parking lot is terrible. There is only one row along the door side and almost half of those spots were blocked off with cones. All the non-blocked spots were full. Two spots were taken by one car because someone parked across them. I had to park way down in the last spot before the exit (past KFC employee cars as many were hanging out by them) yet there were zero customers inside the Pizza Hut when I went in. It was stupid to have a drive thru for KFC that doesn't serve Pizza Hut and to not put parking on the KFC side for those dining in when every Pizza Hut customer has to park and go inside to carry...
