Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Chiefland

I don't generally leave poor reviews but this expierence could have been much better if they fixed the little things. The speaker was too low to hear them through and the worker couldn't hear us, Instead of asking us to pull up to order they just cartied on leaving us to struggle. They seperated one order into 3 even though we didn't ask that. We pull up and they hand us our 1st order of food and are confused when we ask about the rest, quickly we resolve it though and drive off with our food. The food was slightly warm, they didn't provide the sauce they asked us about, forgot one drinknwe asked for and only provided 1 out of 3 straws.

All I have to say. This is my first time eating at Popeyes. I had to wait 30 minutes for food that wasn’t mine. Completely disorganized in every way shape or form. I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders the complete average meal from a chicken joint. I end up getting 3 fish sandwiches and a thigh piece meal. There was 5 total cars parked without food, and people behind us received food before us. I have never made a bad review on any restaurant before. I highly don’t recommend this place. Very poorly managed, took over 10 mins for 2 chicken sandwichs which was all cooked in a drawer only needed to be put in buns and served. Manager was not helping her new cashier delete something which by the way was running circles around the manager had to go make her own chicken sandwiches for the order in front of me.
