Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Chillicothe

So, I purchased a Reese's Extreme blizzard today on High St@ 2:40pm MacKenzie was working the window. The SECOND BITE their was a foreign object DANGLING FROM MY SPOON! I returned the blizzard back to Diary Queen,and I'm assuming the elder lady was the Manager/Supervisor. I handed her the obect on a napkin,WITH HER BARE HANDS (no gloves)she fondled the object and she says"Well it doesnt look like anything from here!" NO APOLOGIES, NO SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE....NOTHING! I got a replacement....My husband also bought a blizzard, after his 10th bite HE FOUND THE SAAAAAME object in his blizzard! WE ARE DONE WITH THIS NASTY PLACE!

Side note: After the elder lady replied to my complaint , I felt like she was insinuating that I placed the object in it. You should never make your customers feel like they are at fault!! Poor...

If I could leave zero starts I would. I come to this store regularly, maybe two or three times a month. I get the royal cheescake blizzard. I had worked all day went through the drive thru and order a royal cheesecake blizzard and extra cheesecake prices. It was almost 8 dollars for a medium. I get home put in freezer for a few minutes from it melting and straighten up the house. I finally sit down to eat it and I swear there’s not one whole strawberry and not o e cheescake bite. That’s just completely unacceptable to me. Also they was not busy at all. They really need to do better. Some ppl work really hard just to be able to buy an expensive blizzard and then turn around and can’t even eat it because it’s just ice cream. I don’t know what’s happening with that store these days. But it’s not like it used to be at...

I stop by to get food around 1pm and was rudely told "Our system is down we can only do drive thru." Being in Restaurant Management for 18 yrs I knew that was not true. There were two employees and 1 car in the drive thru. "We will take orders in 15 minutes", I said No thanks. She then replied "Sorry Man" and went back to the drive thru while the other employee smiled. This was the 2nd time something similar has happened. The drive thru customer got their order taken and the next car a few minutes later. Again I suggest going to the other Dairy Queen in Chillicothe better service...
