3rd time visit and food is always the best!! Price is decent as well! We just had our breakfast but we experienced a bitter service today.

We ordered 2 meals and 1 for take out around 10:40-11:45am. We got our food on time and finished the plate, asked for the bill and paid the bill. Our bill was $50.83? ish and we gave the server of $51, left a $10 cash on the table as a tip. We stayed for about 10 minutes for our take out order to come out. But the server came back with our receipt with $1 said “have a good day” then walked out, she just flipped the switch.. maybe she thought we need our change back? Lol like ma’am we don’t need our change, we need the take out order that you forgotten, don’t insult us like that! giving back $1? Why not give back the exact change? Lol you made it noticeable. I gave back the receipt and $1 to the hostess saying that I need my take out order, the hostess came back to my table with my take out order in just a second! Meaning to say, take out order was ready.. While the server was just using her phone in a peak hour.. && Yes, I took my $10 tip back.

We’re just glad that the food is really great here so we’ll be back with...

Had a pretty disappointing experience today after we've frequented here dozens of times and sworn by this place when recommending to others. Myself, my husband and two young children were waiting to be seated at a back corner booth that just needed wiped off, the manager/owner (we believe) himself was handling seating us. As soon as our table was ready for us a waitress ushered for who we believed to be us to the table, but was in fact a couple who had just walked in behind us. The man who was trying to seat us there prior was equally as confused, the waitress offered no explanation besides the couple "was on the waitlist" and we would have to wait at least 15 minutes or be sat by the door and a wall of windows.. not exactly ideal for a toddler who likes to escape. The "waitlist" explanation is interesting considering others right before us just walked in and were sat with no wait listing. Needless to say, this behavior/actions by the waitress were enough to make us dine elsewhere. Used to be one of...

We ordered take out and discovered we had someone else's order when we arrived at home (they attached my receipt to the wrong order). I called to advise them of the mistake. The person who answered the phone indicated that she could see our food still sitting there. I asked if they would make it fresh because by that time it had been about an hour since I placed the order. She said that they would "of course" give us fresh food. We went back to make the exchange and were given the old, cold food. I tried to call two more times but they are no longer answering the phone. I wasn't rude or hateful, just hungry. I know I should always check my food before walking out with it but they are getting paid to confirm the accuracy of each order. I've been there before and had better experiences (food and service both good) but they really disappointed me today not so much with a mistake (those happen) but by lying and being dismissive. Tip and all, I...

We spent the weekend in Chillicothe and this was our last stop before heading home and I am glad we did! First of all, the building atmosphere is something else, an old brick interior that is tastefully decorated and inviting. Table seating and a large counter area. I loved the look. We stopped on a Sunday morning. The place was busy but still had seat openings. After getting our drinks, I ordered the country fried steak (the Sir Thomas) and my wife had the hash and eggs. My meal came with cubed potatoes, egg over easy, and a biscuit. My meal was excellent, the steak seasoned correctly, the gravy was creamy and flavorful, and the potatoes crispy, not soggy. The biscuit was soft and flaky. Serving size was ample as well. My wife liked her hash but mentioned it was just a bit greasy. Coffee was fresh and hot. Our service was excellent. She was efficient, friendly, and checked on us often. I had a great experience and would recommend trying this place.

This place is BUSTLING! We were honestly a little hesitant about another restaurant going into this location, but now we’re convinced this is great. The service is a little slow compared to other similar breakfast/lunch options in town (Bob Evans or IHOP) BUT they are brand new and extremely busy. Every single employee was hustling to get folks taken care of. We visited on a Sunday during the after church rush. Our mistake. Well not a bad mistake, just added to the busy-ness. Next time we will come during the week. I ordered the Hollie One (Eggs Benedict) and my husband ordered the Mamma Mia (burrito w/ chorizo, chicken, avocado, egg) and a tortilla soup. I also tried the iced coffee. It came in an huge glass, no skimping! Everything was fresh, piping hot and delicious. We are so happy to have a mom and pop option for brunch in our small town. They are doing fantastic and we look forward to sharing The Coop with friends and family.

Wanted to find a nice place for breakfast this morning, and The Coop won tye coin toss. Came before the morning rush and was seated quickly. The waiters were great, friendly, and very polite. Tried the buckeye iced coffee (was not too sweet) and decided to try the pumpkin stuffed french toast with a side of candied bacon (like I needed any more sweet). Good thing the waiter asked if I wanted the half or full portion, I asked for half and it was more than I could eat. The candied bacon was thick cut and cooked to my liking. The pumpkin stuffed french toast was ssoooooo good. The bread was just the right ratio of egg wash, flavoring, not soggy, and great skillet browned, too. The pumpkin filling was just enough to add a little extra flavor and did not take away from the toast. Little more expensive than I prefer my meals, but truly worth it here.
